“Not my first time coming to HK Tea House but it was my first time ordering their bubble waffle with fruit. The waffle was fresh, crisp on the outside and perfectly chewy on the inside. They put fresh cut strawberries and bananas on top with chocolate and peanut butter drizzles and a light dusting of powdered sugar. Takes about 15 min for them to make it but I felt like that was very reasonable. Tasted great and wasn't too sweet even with all the toppings. Fantastic service as always and I would come back for this dessert!“

Today I went to the Bangladesh Embassy, and after I finished my embassy work, I started searching for a good restaurant in that area. Luckily, GPS found the restaurant. We went with my wife and my son, and we ordered three dishes. First, we ordered two dishes. We tasted the first two dishes; they were very delicious. Then we ordered another one. All three dishes were delicious. I really enjoy the delicious food. I have no words to describe how delicious the food is. I highly recommend this place.“

When we arrived the hostess told us they could not seat us in a booth (there were 3 empty large booths) because they were reserved for a large parties. Within 5 minutes of being sat at a table, they sat 2 separate parties of 2 in the booths. Didn't really care about sitting in a booth but didn't appreciate being lied to. I did mention this to the manager who was apologetic and offered to move us. I told him we were totally fine at our table, I just wanted him to know they had lied about it. Didn't expect or ask for anything I just wanted him to be aware. He did end up comping one of our appetizers, apologizing, and speaking to the hostess.“

For the meal, I ordered pork cutlet, mixed buckwheat, and takoyaki, and I also ordered tteokbokki as a side menu. Everyone in my group enjoyed it and were satisfied. “The best! They get their salmon fresh everyday and you can tell. Watch the sushi chefs - 6 guys behind the bar working constantly when they are busy. All of their food tastes so fresh and tasty. They are very fast and get your food ready within 10-15 minutes (or less) of your order.If you’re expecting fine dining Chinese food- this is not for you. Oriental Express has been our go-to for quick, very casual, tasty take-out Chinese food. It’s the best one in the area as far as price, quality, and taste. Their lunch special will get you full- full. It comes with rice, your choice of lunch special entree, soda can or soup (I suggest you get won ton or hot and sour soup), and an egg-roll. We always get General Tso’s chicken, orange chicken, sesame chicken, or sweet and sour (pick your protein). Their chicken wings are pretty good too.

I ordered the Chicken and Steak Hibachi and the Chicken Yakisoba, and they were both delicious! Portions aren’t generous though, but healthy; you won’t feel overstuffed after eating.“
