(worse nightmare) Carlos handled with such great care..told me no problem ran back to the shop and within 20 minutes brought me additional lunches... Each booth has a tv which is really fun and nice for those who like to watch and each at the same time. “I got the chicken wrap mild with waffle fries. The chicken in my wrap had just enough spice to make my tongue tingle without being too spicy, the wrap was super tasty, and the waffle fries were crispy and sooo good. Chick-fil-A needs to take lessons on the fries! The sauce was really good too. Coming back again soon and bringing my family!“

“Made to order boutique burger bar complete with an actual center bar serving alcoholic drinks. Can place order at the counter, kiosk, or on app at table. Excellent hamburger buns with very flavorful meat and condiments. Family friendly. I had the Hot & Hefe burger with fries. Worth the $20.“

“We went to the restaurant down at the wharf….. To start, the hostess at the front was on her phone and not really paying any mind to the people walking in the door. Come to find out after that was the floor manager. Then we get sat and none of the workers talk about who is in charge of that section. We did. It get me is or silverware. The very nice bartender comes up, gets us some water and menus gets us started and finally the sever comes over to us. The server took our order and checked on us twice. When the food was brought to the table we still didn’t have silverware and had to ask the food runner. Our server had a a ten top when we arrived and she was checking on her the whole time not paying any mind to the other tables she has. It was to the point I had to go up to someone ask for water refill bc both our glasses were empty. We finish our meals that were very good and no one but the bartenders are on the floor. I see our sever walk over to the restroom, she comes out looks at us and sees that we are sitting doing nothing, then walks over to a new 10 top and disappears. It’s at thing point I now have to walk over to the bartender and get our check and they are the ones that cash us out. Thank you to the bartender that took care of us“

“The BBQ Bacon Burger is absolutely my favorite—it's always my go-to! The sweet potato fries are delicious and pair perfectly with the burger. The service is pretty standard, but the staff is warm and welcoming, which makes up for it. My fiancée tried the chicken strips and really enjoyed them. Overall, a solid dining experience!“

“I have to commend Jacob who was working the register today (1/30/26) at 5:20. My husband and I visited Smashburger for the first time for a quick bite before a movie. We placed our order and within a few minutes, my husband got his burger and our fries, but mine wasn't ready. After about 7 minutes of waiting, I still didn't have my burger. Jacob realized and came to ask if I had gotten my food. He then apologized and explained they had just received several big orders and they were behind. He then went and checked in with the kitchen to make sure they had my burger started and waited for them to prepare it to bring to me directly. When he did he apologized again.

Was it irritating that we didn't get our food at the same time, yep, but this young man not only noticed, but came over to check, explained and apologized and then solved the problem. Absolutely outstanding. He is obviously well trained and also an observant young man.“

“We recently hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome party at City Tap. The evening was absolutely fabulous! From the initial visit, planning meetings and the final events, the process was smooth. Our events coordinator, Emily, was so helpful and brainstormed with me since we had a rather large group. The wait staff attentive and friendly, the food delicious and cocktails tasty. “Great burger, a bit on the expensive side but it is on par with the best burgers I've ever had.I'd recommend skipping the sides and getting just a burger, as they're pretty large and filling.Sides and drinks are overly pricy, interior is a bit small.Overall; high quality, high prices. Better and cheaper burger than nicer & fancier sit down restaurants.Also; the 1 star reviews for this place seem suspicious. Like they have an ulterior motive.“

“My friend recommended this place as the best donkatsu in the area. I went there for the first time and there were two donkatsu options. Regular and King tonkatsu. The cashier explained the difference and people have preference. I went with King tonkatsu. I agree that it’s definitely one of the better options in the area.

The bread crums are thin, super crispy, and well fried. The meat was pounded and tenderized consistently across the entire piece. The portion was huge to feed two people. The sauce for salad and donkatsu were rich.

My family also ordered yukgaejang. The soup was well prepared with pepper oil and tasted very authentic. Meat and vegetables in the soup were at good quality.

Overall, I really enjoyed my lunch here. My kids loved it too. I would definitely come back here to try other menus.“

“I love Red Robin's burgers and overall food selection. It's generally easy to get a seat and you can order delivery too. The staff are friendly and responsive in my experience. You can also pay at the table. The cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathrooms but otherwise it's great!“

“I was pleasantly surprised that this location does not have more 5-star reviews. Visiting from Long Island (near NYC), I found the quality here to be excellent. The burger was well-proportioned given current pricing, and the ingredients were fresh and neatly prepared. The fries were especially impressive—crisp and well-seasoned, unlike the soggier versions I have experienced at other Five Guys locations.

Staff were courteous, and the outdoor seating was a nice touch. The only drawback was that some guests did not clean up after themselves, which affected the overall atmosphere.

Overall, a very positive experience, and I would gladly return.“

“Pollo Xpress has become our family’s favorite restaurant! I’d argue they might have the best burgers and wings in the area🤤🍔🍗! My son even cleans his plate with their chicken, rice and fries. Now, with a new breakfast all day menu (haven’t tried it yet, but can’t wait) added, I’m sure this place will stay at the top of our list! This high praise from a tough food critic. “We stopped by since I love the lamb combo they have. Even my kids were stealing it off my plate and wanting to go back. If you like spicy I would recommend two swipes of the ghost pepper sauce, otherwise just get one if you like it kind of spicy. White sauce is a must. No ideas what is in it but delicious. No wonder why the sell that to take home.“

“I love Five Guys (I've worked at 3 of them) but the Ashburn VA location usually leaves me somewhat disappointed. In this instance I'm pretty sure there was sugar on the fries, not salt. and when I called to suggest checking the salt shaker, the response was disappointing. 😞“
