Someone simply needs to manage this staff. Period. Instead there are numerous workers who ignore customers and won’t acknowledge them at all. I watched the little fat Mexican guy who was hiding from his job get in a verbal argument with a delivery driver. He was literally trying to snatch the food out of the drivers hands. It seems apparent that his ego is more important than customer service. Really bad scene this morning that’ll turn me away as a customer for good.
I ordered on the app. Paid the much larger than in the past "convenience fee" for delivery. Wait an Hour (ok, people are busy). Order is missing multiple items. Call the store and am told I can pick up the missing items (after I paid to have it delivered) or I can have a refund (which of my children are not eating?). Girl on the phone is nice but am told they no longer deliver and their app goes to door dash and they are not allowed to call them back to have them deliver...read full review
Poor service. Alloweeals for 8 nurses be stolen. These are people who take care of all of us. Panerai offered to reorder with no guarantees on.when they would get it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not recommend, they may treat you the same way. I have had a restaurant for 58 years, this unacceptable and the headquarters needs to know this.
