“I have been a regular at this location for many years now. I live about 3 min away from here. Their food and service is always great here. They will toast the sub extra if you prefer it like myself. All the employees have been pleasant to deal with over the past six years I have lived here. I normally do not write reviews, but I saw this Subway had two negative & completely unfair reviews recently! The owners of another business in this shopping center (which I won't name because I am a customer of theirs as well) wrote this Subway two different 1-Star reviews. I have been to this Subway many times as soon as they open as it works best at that time for my schedule. The owner of their neighboring business will also wait outside this Subway, until the owner of this Subway opened the doors at 10am to fill up her cup of ice. I have seen this between 3-5 times myself, with my own two eyes!!! Never did she buy anything, just waits until 10am sharp to come and get her free ice for the day. I think that is unfair and taking advantage of someone. Per their reviews, the owner of this Subway finally said something. Once the owner decided to stand up for himself, the owners of the neighboring business decided to write two 1-Star reviews. I am not okay with this and this is not something that will be accepted in our Thornburg area!!! We will not allow others to move into our area and bully us!! I will speak to the two owners of the business that left their unnecessary reviews and let them know exactly how I feel about what they did.“

“This is the best Subway location I’ve ever been to. Also, they are the most consistent. The staff are always friendly, the bread is always fresh and the cookies are perfectly cooked. It doesn’t seem to matter which day or time that you visit, the experience is always the same. Other locations should visit and model theirs after this location. Thank you to the staff for keeping it so clean, friendly and fresh!“

“We heard about this spot on social media so we thought we would try it out. My husband had the #1 and I had the #10. The subs were delicious and the price was right. We will be back!“

“We really enjoyed our visit. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our orders came out within 5 or 10 minutes. We all ordered something different and everyone was impressed. The ingredients were top notch and the bread was awesome. We visited at around 1130 on a weekday. The restaurant was not very busy.“

“I’ve been to many subways in Fredericksburg, by far this subway is my favorite . Just by chance I popped in, ordered my usual tuna sandwich, and their tuna was superb!! There is a subway closer to my office but the drive is well worth it. Clean and friendly staff.“

“Just stopped in to grab dinner and had the pleasure of meeting the owner/operator Kamal, he is the best! He was there himself managing the dinner hour and was very welcoming. The store is one of the cleanest restaurants I've been in when it comes to subway and he paid special attention to my mother's vegetarian sub as I ordered a meat option. The food even tasted better than usual from other subways. This location in particular will become a go to for dinner after a busy work day. Highly recommend.“

“Today was the day devoted to the Special Olympics Games 2022 in Orlando, Fl. Apparently all the profits were donated to the Special Olympics so I decided to do my part. I ordered a Portabello Sub, cookie and gave a small donation to support the Special Olympics. It wss a bit busy in the restaurant, but the line moved quickly. The food was delicious as always and I I hope they never take away the portabella mushroom sub. I 'm so glad I could help a great organization to raise funds for their huge event in Orlando, Fl. “Great place for vegans and Vegitarians, dont be afraid to ask the employee's about vegetarian options and do tell them of any allergy you may have. Always the cleanest and kindest subway in the burg

“Extremely friendly staff,, had an issue with my debit card , and the manager comped the meal. Food was outstanding!! Highly recommended this location.“

“I absolutely loved the white special sauce that they put on your sandwich. It’s complementary and it’s always fresh. I don’t know where they get it from though… I heard grunting in the back of the restaurant and I think it comes from there. I do love lathering that saucy sauce all over my clothes and my face/mouth. I also loved the fresh meat that they shove in your mouth with each bite. If I could give more stars, I would.

“I come in here all the time for something quick and cheap. Today i received excellent service from both Arafat and Bahar, two hard working team members that care about their rapport. Even with a line of 6 people, I was paying with my sandwich in hand within minutes. They never disappoint, and are very personable with their customers, I’ll definitely be back!“

“Quick stop for a great meal while driving in this area of Virginia. Subway has excellent food. This location has friendly employees. It wasn't busy with plenty of tables open to eat in. Big parking area with many open spaces. I enjoyed my sub and drink. I will stop again.“
