We had a terrible experience at Kamayan Fiesta restaurant in Springfield, VA. Not only was the food subpar, but the owner's behavior was completely unprofessional. We asked why they need our address to complete a transaction when we're picking up the food. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, the owner resorted to name-calling and sarcasm. We ordered a party tray of lumpia and the tray was covered when we received it. But when we got home and opened the tray, the lumpia looked so dark like old oil was used and the taste was different, like old oil was indeed used. We were not able to serve and discarded the dish entirely. I called to express my frustration to the restaurant, and like typical asian restaurant, they don’t want to acknowledge anything.
