“We ordered a variety of food. For starters we loved the veggie samosas with The chutney sauce. The rice is flavored with cinnamon and it will not disappoint. The chicken kabob boneless platter is tender and full of flavor. Our favorite kabob was the chicken with green chili skewer. The rice pudding was so on point we ordered an extra side to go.“

“My family have been eating for at Mughals for a very long time and their flavors have had ups and downs but ever since Ramadan we only order from Mughals specifically, I have no idea what happened but the owner changed the taste of Karahi and Butterchicken which now taste absolutely delicious. For the previous 5+ years have never doubted their Naan I seriously think it is the #1 Naan in the DMV area and even when we have venues from other restaurants they always have the Naan supplied by Mughal Oasis which I’ve noticed. Outstanding changes I highly recommend, only legitimate Zabiha Halal certified restaurant in the plaza I believe.“

“This place is a true local gem. Food is of very high quality, and everything is consistently cooked to perfection. Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise. It’s the reason I will always eat there.“

“I took my family to this restaurant they have a buffet during Ramadan and there’s plenty of varieties. The food is delicious and the employees are very sweet and helpful.“

“A home-y “hole in the wall” place with good food and sweets. Don’t let this place’s looks throw you off. The AYCE/buffet is $13.99 and you serve yourself then pay after. The honesty system is strong! During our meal, the workers let us try different sauces and explained the options.

I don’t know the names very well but I had: rice with chickpeas, the “stewed” chicken, tandoori chicken, chickpeas, and eggplant. The eggplant and stewed chicken were my favorite! The meats are all SOOOO tender. We also ordered the Naan and it was the freshest we’ve had!

We ended with dessert from the buffet. It was Gulab and soooo good! It was sweet and perfect to end the meal.

Afterwards, one of the workers was so kind as to explain what each dessert was and the flavors. He let us try one of them for free. And then when I ended up picking 2 other desserts, he gifted them because we were new to the place!!!

I’m a big customer service person and the way the lady taking the orders de-escalated a customer situation left me in awe. The food left me even more impressed. Some foods on the buffet I wasn’t a fan of (personal preference), but the majority of it, I loved. I will definitely be back, and I challenge you to try it!“
