Had a good experience with this location. I do food photography and took some pictures of their food. I had an all American hotdog. The hotdog was enormous and delicious. I enjoyed the conversation with Chris, the owner, as well. Staff was courteous and helpful. Go check this place out when in springfield mall shopping for Christmas. We were at Target last night, bemoaning the fact that they no longer serve hot dogs. Left Target, and what did we see as soon as we left, but the Hot Dog Bar! I had the beef dog w/kraut, onions, and mustard. These are big dogs! And really, really good. The bun was nice and fresh, as were the toppings. Excellent customer service, too. Good job, HDB!
