“My professional career takes me all over the country. Wherever I am, I seek out small, local restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops to eat. Reunion consistently produces the best breads and pastries I have found anywhere in the country. I consider myself fortunate to live nearby so that my family can enjoy their fabulous baguettes, cruffins, croissants, and other treats on a regular basis. Reunion is a must if you are in the area looking for exceptional food.“

“I ordered a birthday cake and some gluten-free cupcakes from Magdalena’s. Alba was so helpful in suggesting options for the cake, especially since I wanted a photo added to the top. The icing was amazing, the cake tasty and moist, and the mousse filling divine. Everyone at the party complimented me on how good it was. My GF intolerant guests loved the cupcakes. Highly recommend.“

“Thanks so much for our dozen assorted cupcakes this week. My family greatly enjoyed them all. We will be back soon! So glad you are here. Looking forward to many more orders.“
“Amazing shop in downtown Staunton. A ton of gluten-free and dairy free products including baked goods. They also have HUGE selection of olive oils and vinegars! Ask for Taylor, she will help you explore the many options!“

“My wife brought a "no sugar added" apple pie home to WV. She wasn't planning on buying it but our 3yo granddaughter decided to poke her finger through the wrap to sample a taste. Unfortunately, the pie was disappointing as it was 90% filling and 10% apples. We will not be eating anymore of it after one piece. I can't speak to their other baked goods but I would not recommend fruit pies if this one is typical.“

“Pumpkin Delights: Spoiler alert, these are my favorite seasonal snack from Little Debbie. They’re soft, chewy, sweet, and full of delicious pumpkin flavor (along with hints of cinnamon/spice). Basically, they are a pumpkin flavored cookie. Thankfully the “spice” flavor is muted and not in your face or burning (I prefer less spice and more of a pumpkin pie flavor to my pumpkin treats). The orange gel used for the eyes and mouth had just a hint of pumpkin flavor, but it’s more for decoration/aesthetics. Some of the cookies were done very well with the eyes and mouth looking just like on the box, but a few looked pretty bad (too scary to show). They pair great with a cup of pumpkin spice coffee or be like the Doughboy and take these cookies up a notch by adding cream cheese frosting to them. Not a frosting person? They also pair nicely with a scoop of pumpkin ice cream to create your own seasonal Pizookie.

“Wonderful food. And while service may seem slow, they’re hustling and your meal is prepared fresh when ordering. If you want donuts, come early!“

“Stopped by here with my husband and we were amazed by the quality of the pastries available. Everything looked and smelled fresh and was beautifully presented. We enjoyed speaking with the owners and learning more about the business. Quality food from quality people and local!“
