Enjoyed my first meal at Table 44. The Bloody Mary was delicious. I also had the goat cheese salad and flourless torte. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was great. Eating area and restrooms were clean. Only complaint would be the flies bothering us the whole time we were eating (inside).
We were in town for one night, and needed a restaurant that was dog friendly. This is one of the few that is. We had to wait about 45 minutes, but it was well worth it. The service was spot on, the food was delicious. Our dog got to try ice cream, and a home made biscuit. Loved sitting outside, the shrimp and grits were awesome and so was the hamburger. The salmon portion is on the smaller side.

Was looking for the Gluten Free baked goods I read about in other reviews. Alas, the bakery part is no longer in business. But as I was looking up other options in the parking lot, one of the employees came out to tell me of another Staunton business (Whpp’d) that did have GF items.They went out their way to help when they weren’t getting any business from me.
