“I recently ordered from Chick-fil-A through Uber Eats, and while the experience had its ups and downs, I want to highlight the fantastic support I received from the staff. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my order; I selected a Cobb salad, but it came with bacon, which I can't have due to an allergy.
What really stood out was the response from Yas, the general manager. I reached out to the Chick-fil-A number, and she was incredibly helpful in resolving the situation. Yas assisted me in getting my order fixed by removing the bacon. Her prompt and friendly service made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle.
Overall, while I wish the Uber Eats app had better options for customizing orders, the excellent customer service from Yas made a significant difference. I appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this location for their commitment to customer satisfaction.“
“Pretty standard Chick Fil A, nice and clean and full of friendly people. The play area for kids is big though the play structure inside is small, with only one small wall for the toddlers. My kids still enjoyed it though while waiting for food. The pimento chicken sandwich is ok, I probably won't get it again though. The fruit bowl came out very fancily arranged though!“
