Chick-fil-A in Sterling

“I don’t usually write reviews for fast food restaurants but I was impressed with the service and how friendly everyone was at this Chick-fil-a. I was greeted with smiles even right before I walked into the restaurant. This really makes the customers feel welcome“

“Beyond exceptional customer service! Had to alter my review a little bit. Because people always abuse something good when it’s available. Especially if the condiments are free! Maybe if ppl are charged for them then they wouldn’t abuse the system!“

“Ok, I don't know where to start but I will just get to the point, I visited this Chick-fil-A location and was amazed with it's service. The young lady that took my order was ok with her service, but when I got to the window to pick up my order was another thing. The young lady there had a beautiful smile, she was so kind and I felt loved and cared of for a second she asked if I wanted to make my order as a meal to make it cheaper and I said ofcourse why not. She gave me all her attention to me. I saw her name and it was Lorena. I will definitely come back to this location whenever I am around.“
