“Was recently in Dulles waiting for a flight and needing some food - Dunkin Donuts to the rescue with the perfect iced coffee and a delish Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese sandwich. The coffee is so good because it is not too sweet - very refreshing. The sandwich was so good - hit the spot and wasn't expensive. And the woman at the counter was so nice! Very helpful, cheerful and helping everyone - so nice to see such service especially in an airport. Great job Dunkin Donuts!“

“Pretty good; not a large choice of donuts but it appears they do have all the drinks…good customer service; only issue is they don’t take the app for cashing out…if you push out the app then “ALL” Dunkin Donuts should accept funds via the app.“

“I came in on my way to work in the morning. There was a mix up in the order where they called the order after me first and then called the same order again... it turns out that they missed my order. When I brought it to their attention, they were very apologetic and remade the order very quickly. They even offered to give me a complimentary donut or drink and I told them it was okay. Mistakes happen and there's no reason to get so worked up. Even though I was potentially going to be late for work, I really appreciated their offer to make it up to me because it was out of sincere concern for my happiness. It is apparent that they work hard and that they want to make their customers happy. That is more than satisfactory to me and I really appreciate their care.“

“There's always a good selection of breakfast items and donuts available in the store. The vast majority of breakfast customers use the drive through, so there's also always a table available as well as parking within steps of the front door. The staff has always been friendly and I've never had to wait in line for service.“

“Honestly, This store deserves a 2nd look. New management, store looks cleaner, they decorate the store upon which holiday it lands on perfect theme to take a picture in. Seen that they are short staffed but honestly they work very hard and have amazing personalities. The manager would always make us laugh and I think that's what we all need in the mornings is to leave the store with a good laugh and smile on our way to work. All I can say is they are changing the game here and they really are trying their best. I've noticed this store got alot more busy like when I've seen it first opened and its all because of their service . It's worth a chance keep it up OakGrove !“

“kids liked the combined doughnut and ice cream shop. decent flavor selection but it's a half size so not the full 31 flavors - but they have the classics. They did seem short staffed and they were very slow on my husband's but they did great on the kids with fun cups and they were nice when the kids ordered.“

“Me and my best friend tried the Brown Sugar Boba and the Chocolate Boba. The chocolate one was INCREDIBLE. The place was so cute and an adorable place to take pictures. The service people were so sweet too. I've been thinking about going back to this place NONSTOP!!“
