“Cute sandwich shop. I went with a large group of friends so they got very busy, very fast. It used to be sit and order from a waiter but lunch is now changed to order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Service was quite fast, surprisingly. Staff was super nice and attentive to people that needed drink refills. Food was tasty. I had the roast beef dip. It was good but very messy. Seemed like people liked their food. The mint iced tea was well liked. We did order a few desserts to share. The vinegar pie was the favorite. They have a little shop also with in-house frozen food items and other pantry items. They are open for dinner and someone said it's wise to make a reservation.”

“I’m a born and raised Chicago girl and tend to be a bit of a pizza snob. I’ll admit that I was skeptical when we decided to stop in - quality pizza and Italian in rural Virginia? Yeah, ok.
But I am happy to admit that I was wrong! We got a pizza, some baked ziti, and cheese sticks and I have to say they were all pretty great! The pizza was flavorful with a good crust and not ridiculously greasy, cheese sticks were nice and melty, and the pasta was really good, too!
I’m glad we decided to stop here! If you’re thinking about it, give them a chance!”

“The food here is outstanding!!!! Of all the Chinese places “local” to our home in Lawsonville (Pilot Mtn., King, Madison, Mt. Airy) Shun Xing is the very best! The meat is always fresh & tender. The veggies are super fresh and delicious.

“Visited Jane's Country Cafe this past weekend after a long drive from Atlantic City, New Jersey. Friendly, fast service with a smile. We had an excellent meal and experienced authentic country food for the first time. Try the fried okra and collards. Wonderful experience!”
