“This is the best restaurant in the area. Yes they’re fancier places, more expensive places, but this is my favorite. El agave is a very small chain. I love all of the food I’ve ever had here. Each time down you receive salsa and chips, and they are so delicious. The salsa is so fresh, and the chips come out hot and crispy.

Service is always excellent, the food comes out quickly and efficiently. I guess my favorite dish is probably fajitas. I got chicken topped with chorizo last time I was there, it was excellent.

I make it a point to stop here every time I’m in the area !!“

“We had a wonderful dinner at Girasole last night. The food was delicious and the portions ample. We had the brick chicken, trout with pistachios and veal cutlet Milanese. Each entree was beautifully presented and tasty! The house-made chocolate gelato was like eating frozen chocolate. It was fabulous. The service was great and Lydia, one of the owners with her chef-husband Lou, came by our table repeatedly to check on us. We can wait to come back to again have dinner at one of the finest restaurants in the Middleburg area.“

“We stayed two nights at the Red Fox Inn while celebrating our 46th Wedding Anniversary. The Orange County room in the original historic building was cozy, spacious and well-appointed. The bed was really comfortable and the sitting room was perfect for sipping champagne and wine at night or enjoying the box breakfast and coffee in the morning. We were not disappointed with our room selection for our stay in Middleburg. Our stay was wonderful and a memorable experience. The tavern bar is also small and cozy but does not open until 4:30 PM. Only one disappointment was that The Tavern Inn no longer offers lunch and their dinners are limited to a rather pricey $125 per person 4-course meal offering since the ala carte menu was discontinued a while back. Without the ability to choose from a wider and more reasonably priced menu selection, we chose to eat elsewhere in Middleburg during our stay.“

“Came in today around 2:15pm. I often frequent this Longhorn on my days off, in the evenings. I have my favorites for eats and drinks. The atmosphere is welcoming no matter what season. All the staff are pleasant and accommodating. I have eaten everything on their menu so I know exactly what my go-to will be. Today was the 10oz Bourbon salmon, cold side salad and a plain baked potato. No mistake, the baked potato is oven baked, not microwaved,“

“This is a quiet, friendly spot. There is a bar and a seasonal, outdoor patio. The place is clean. There are tvs with sporting events playing. It isn't loud, though, so you can have a conversation. The gem of the place was my server, Allisa. She was very attentive, and she had a great smile. Very friendly and helpful with the menu, too. The prices are fair. Good place for solos or families.“

“It is easy to miss this place, but don't! I go to the veterinarian a few doors down all the time and never even noticed it. Yesterday we were coming back from Warrenton and were pretty hungry. We knew about a brewery a few doors down, only bc that one has a huge sign, and Jackleg has an arrangement to provide pizza there. That is how we discovered them. They will literally deliver it to your table, but since we did not want alcohol, we decided to just walk over. BEST. PIZZA. EVER. And we have lived a few decades. Highly recommend for very friendly service by the owners themselves and some truly great food.“

“We recently had our wedding at this beautiful location. We had been here a few times before and loved the beautiful scenery, good food, and good drinks. When we decided to get married within 3 weeks, this was the first location that came to mind. It's about an hour outside of DC, so it was convenient for our guests.

Christina answered the inquiry and immediately got to work. She saw our vision and with such short notice, it was executed perfectly. Christina is kind, professional, and damn good at what she does. From helping decorate the cake, manage the 5year old flower girls, and being a DJ, us and our guests were so impressed! Christina, thank you again for making this so special for us.

The rest of the staff was amazing and kind. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The catering was amazing, and the selection of beer and wine is perfect, as there is something for everyone. Thank you again to this wonderful business. We are so happy to have had our special day close to home so we can visit easily and make more memories.

I prefer mine to be all relatively the same size... these were not... the broccoli was good - the chicken good. the sauce had a nice taste to it ... the white rice the meal came with was alright... as far as white rice goes... wish they would have put more than 1 singular soy sauce packet in the whole bag.... Chicken broccoli pieces were of varying sizes.. some were thin some were thick... I prefer mine to be all relatively the same size... these were not... the broccoli was good - the chicken was good. the sauce had a nice taste to it ... the white rice the meal came with was alright, as far as white rice goes... wish they would have put more than 1 singular soy sauce packet in the whole bag.... I question how fresh the rice is, because all around the outside of the container it came in was dried rice stuck to it... All-in-all a decent meal. Not the best Chinese I've had, but also not bad... 7/10“

“We arrived at the Red Horse Tavern when outside patio seating was crowded with a 45-minute wait but inside we were greeted by a young man and given our choice of three tables in a small room to the right. We were waited on very quickly for drinks and food arrived timely. I couldn't believe how good the Irish burger and salad was, and my wife's Salmon was excellent. Our friends raved about their burgers with sweet potato and regular fries. Great servers made the whole experience relaxing. We felt special even though the room was full within ten minutes when we sat down. We definitely will return, and the prices are fantastic!“
