“5/5 stars. Food is always bomb and prepared well. Don't even get ne started on customer service, I'm a regular at this taco bell and they have started to remember me and make basic conversation to me, most of the workers look like they are in a decent mood and actually care about your experience. Drive through can be iffy, if you go during a hot hour then you'll most likely be waiting for a minute, but they do reward you for waiting. Had to wait 30 minutes once and was given a free taco. I have only had them screw up my order once when they forgot my chalupa, went back through the line to get it, and they gave me a chalupa AND a $5 giftcard. Safe to say I will be continuing to come to this specific taco bell.”

“Husband and I stopped in for a quick bite to hold us over till dinner. We both got the baggie deal which comes with 2 sandwiches a small fry and regular drink for I believe $5.99. The burgers we got were actually pretty good 👍 compared to McDonald’s 🤢 but it was just enough food to hold us over till dinner.”

“We came through Roanoke and ate at Hollywood Restaurant & Bakery. Food and service were fabulous but I want to rave about their customer service after we left. I called a few days later because I had left a jacket on the back of my chair. I asked if I could pay to have it shipped to me. They offered to ship it for free. It arrived at my home in Chesapeake, VA in great condition. Thank you so much. That is true customer service.”

“Every time me and my mom come here they are always so nice and cheerful. The best Ice cream and bang for your buck. They practically fill the ice cream inside your cone plus whatever size scoop you order.”

“The customer service could use some improvement. After greeting me, the staff member took a phone order while I waited at the counter. During the 10 minutes I waited for my food, they spent the time playing on their phone. The restaurant is located inside a gas station, which might not appeal to everyone. That said, the food was absolutely fantastic! They are also running a special where you get a free sandwich if you leave a good review with a photo. Next time, I’ll definitely call my order in ahead of time.”

“My husband and I decided to try this quaint family owned Pizza Restaurant. I loved the decor and dining atmosphere! We ordered the 16” Supreme pizza and it was really good! The crust to me was perfect, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! All around great place and can’t wait to try other menu items!”
