“I am a long-time patron of S52 and it just gets better with the years. I was hosting two guests, visiting from another country, and they could not stop with the compliments...staff, food, beverages, atmosphere etc. Derek took care of us at the table, with a drive-by from a familiar friend, Justin. And Sammy and Sean took care of the drinks, which were perfect as usual. Derek was funny, polite, savvy, and really took time to take care of us. One of the unique things about S52 is that, if you, as the customer, are willing to engage with and be kind to the staff, the return on that tiny investment will pay off immediately and obviously. It's always a pleasure at S52 and, at a time when the stresses of life seem to multiply exponentially, a respite from it all at this place is worth the time and comparatively limited cost.“

“I've been going to the Silver Diner in Reston for over 15 years. Food is always good, new items added to menu seasonally, staff are real folks who are easy to talk with and joke with as well. You get a sense of "family" when you are there as staff and customers interact. Servers are fun people and make your day. Today was Rubia's day and she is special. Come out and see for yourself.“

The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was fresh and full of flavor, and the dessert was just as impressive. What really made our visit special was our server, Will. He was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Service was quick, portions were generous, and Will even packed our leftovers with great care. Truly a memorable lunch. We were invited to a German Christmas Market Themed party — very specific I know… Since it was a potluck, we decided to make currywurst. Heidelberg’s brats for the recipe were so good. “Listen, this place is DELICIOUS. First time I tried Best Buns, I got a Fried chicken egg and cheese sandwich. It was magnificent. But also I was hungover from the previous night so I felt like I couldn’t really enjoy it. So earlier this week, I got a Sausage Egg and cheese on a biscuit on the way to work….AMAZING! But I work in a busy community hospital so again, I couldn’t really savor it. I will be going back for the third time either today or tomorrow. And the staff are super sweeet too. Definitely GO!“

“Lebanese Taverna saved the day! They created a wonderful menu for my event of 250 people with only a week’s notice after the original caterer canceled. On the day of the event, they were on time and provided delicious food. Amanda, the catering representative I worked with, even took my call after the food had been delivered and offered to be available to answer any questions about allergens or ingredients. LT also provided placards for each dish that included ingredients so folks with dietary restrictions or allergies were able to enjoy the meal without worry. Would highly recommend LT to cater your event - even if you’re not sure what you’d want from their great menu!“

Once my children got a taste they were hovering over me, with forks in hand, trying to get another taste. I found myself ordering cakes for my household. “The food appears... lesser quantity than in DC. The biscuits were smaller, and harder. I saw no bacon. The sausage (pork or chicken) was not "week done" as with the DC restaurant. Also there wasn't any shrimp. I got there at 9:am, and was told reservations were needed. So I Sat at the bar. Def a 3.5 rating on food here“
