“The food was really good. The place was clean. The price seems a little high. Until you get your portion. Then you realize the price is fair for what you get. They was not busy when we was there. I feel they could have done a little better on the drank refills. But not a big deal. I drank a lot of soda when I eat. That's Why I like it when I can just refill myself. I will definitely be going back and I recommend it for anyone looking“

“Every Labor Day weekend I travel to Roanoke to hang out with a friend I only get to see once a year and we head to a Mexican restaurant for family dinner and Margaritas well this tradition was added to this year by going to El Rancho Viejo why you ask ... well when my friend was younger his family used to take him here for his birthday (when it was a Pizza Hut) and he was serenaded with "Birthday" by The Beatles ... did it make the food any better ... no but that was the chefs job and I will have to say they did nice job on my tropical burrito and frozen margarita I will happily return next year“

“Wow… so I took everyones advise and hype on social media and tried their tacos! My boyfriend tried their torta Cubana. My 4 year old had their half order of beef and cheese nachos! The food portion is huge! We also ordered chips and salsa! We made it out of there with $38We were extremely impressed with this place! I personally like how small and personal it was. Adriana was our server who is the owners wife! Great experience and 10/10 recommend. My belly hurts in the absolute best way. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!“
“I was told about this place while I was dining elsewhere and I gotta say it didn't let me down.A sign of any good Mexican restaurant is when they have lengua tacos and these were so good!The tortilla seems to be fresh, made in- house and the meat was so tender and flavorful.I don't usually make it this far down Peter's creek to get to this place but I'll definitely be sure to return again because I want to try the Diablo tacos next.Parking: This place is attached to the Exxon gas station so parking depends on how many people are at the gas station as well.“
“We love the other Pancho locations but live on the south east side. So to hear that they opened one 15 min from me was so amazing. They didn’t disappoint!!! The amazing service and outstanding food. Every time we come the food is hot and delicious, the service is fast, friendly and attentive. Our drinks are never under half full and when I ordered some cheese dip with my carnitas they brought it out with my food!! Any location you go to you won’t be disappointed. WE LOVE PANCHOS!!“
“This place is truly authentic Mexican food. I felt like I stepped into a little restaurant in a Mexican town and made an order of food there. Wonderful food. Will go there many more times!The food is made in a food truck/trailer next to the building. The cashiers bring it in to you. Not much space to eat. Maybe 6 or so tables. Lots of people get it to go.The attached grocery store is like stepping into another culture as well. Awesome place.“
