Mickey, our delivery driver, would get 12 outta 10 stars for me! He is consistent, reliable, always has an amazing attitude! I'm talking customer service you just don't get anymore these days! He is quick to address any problems and always helpful! I can't go on about him enough! Great service. Have been customer for 19 years and had 1 concern. I talked to representative. He was apologetic and assured me they wanted my complete satisfaction and appreciated my service. And yes without pressure or insistence from me fixed my problem.
