The steak and cheese pizza was a 9/10, described as one of the top 5 best tasting and cooked pizzas ever consumed. The $40 meal deal also came with no complaints. While some had previously written off this location due to late pizzas and horrible service, the restaurant is now under new management. Customers report that pizzas are now ready on time, looking amazing and tasting awesome. The new manager, Christine, is frequently mentioned for going above and beyond. She showed great compassion by reading the menu to a customer who forgot their glasses, and she made a child’s birthday unforgettable by being thoughtful and considerate. Christine was also seen cleaning the walls and immediately stopping to help a customer. In another instance, a young lady from the location helped push a broken-down van with a child inside into a parking spot, showing pure humanity. Chanello's Pizza is recommended for amazing food, great service, and a genuine care for the community.
