I've been going to chanellos for years and have loved the quality at its price point. Tango was especially great at making my food and having great customer service. Would eat here again!
I was hesitant based off the 3.5 starts but wanted to give them a try for the $40 meal deal and we are not disappointed! No complaints here. If you’re on the fence I say give them a try.
Christine went up and beyond to help me today. I forgot my glasses and could not read the menu she did not hesitate to not only tell me what the specials were she also read the menu to me so I could make an order. Christine showed great compassion and showed she truly cares about the customers. Upper management really needs to promote her to the store manager and give her a raise. Based on recent reviews, Chanello's Pizza offers phenomenal food, quick service, and super cheap prices. The steak and cheese pizza was a 9/10, described as one of the top 5 best tasting and cooked pizzas ever consumed. The $40 meal deal also came with no complaints. While some had previously written off this location due to late pizzas and horrible service, the restaurant is now under new management. Customers report that pizzas are now ready on time, looking amazing and tasting awesome. The new manager, Christine, is frequently mentioned for going above and beyond. She showed great compassion by reading the menu to a customer who forgot their glasses, and she made a child’s birthday unforgettable by being thoughtful and considerate. Christine was also seen cleaning the walls and immediately stopping to help a customer. In another instance, a young lady from the location helped push a broken-down van with a child inside into a parking spot, showing pure humanity. Chanello's Pizza is recommended for amazing food, great service, and a genuine care for the community.
