“One of the best CFAs in Hampton roads. Staff is always friendly, food is always great, and service is normally quick. The one time I had a long wait in the drive through was due to extreme cold temps and the owner was walking up to cars apologizing for the delay.“

“Stopped here for lunch and was blown away by the efficiency. Even though the restaurant was packed and the drive-thru was wrapped around the building, the in-store line moved incredibly fast. We had quality food delivered to our table within minutes of ordering.

The best part? An employee actually came by our table to offer drink refills while we were eating. It’s rare to see that level of hospitality in a fast-food setting. A great experience overall!“

“I mean it's Chick-fil-A! What can you say wrong right? The customer service is clearly always spectacular and that's why we continue to go. They're the only fast food place that I know of that has an indoor play park like when I was a kid that I can take my kids to! So that is a big part of going and if other places did that they would get a lot more business too I'm sure of it. It looks very cleanly in there. The food is always good. Always pretty quick. I like that for the kids meal instead of getting the toy you can ask for an ice cream instead and hold off on it if you're eating in until you're ready for it for the child. Or yourself! I get delivery from here quite often and dine in and never had a bad experience thus far.“

“i went yeaterday around 5:30 pm and the service and professionalism was top notch and way above what i expected. my very first time personally going to chic fil a despite eating it before and its a place i wish other places modeled their professionalism and a place i would definatlety visit again for a quick bite to eat. im sure other locations are great but i visited this one specifically traveling from Richmond for work and those employees really showed me theres still good hard working young people with decent morales and ethics looking to start their futures and financially stabilize themselves. “Kylee is always such a pleasure whenever I come to grab food on my lunch break (AT&T employee)! Sometimes I get Mac & cheese with my meal and there isn’t any ready or they’re out when I arrive and she always makes sure to let me know and accommodate me in any way she can! Kylee is an amazing asset to this CFA team always puts a smile on my face!!!“

“We showed up after a soccer game at like 9:30 and the drive thru was packed. I thought the employees might be a little upset with us for going inside and just adding to their work load so closely to the end of the night. The exact opposite happened actually, they went above and beyond and were very kind. We will definitely be making it a weekly after games visit!!“

Both of us were very pleased with our food. The food was ready within a few minutes and the service was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“
