“Had some chicken with my wife and we both agreed that it was the best Peruvian chicken we’ve had since visiting Peru. I can’t vouch for the rest of the food since I haven’t tried it yet but chicken was super fresh, juicy, and most importantly authentic! My only issue with the place is that they ran out of salsa blanca 😕, so I only got 2 cups for our whole chicken. Gotta have three at a minimum! Not a big issue but definitely will be going back soon.“

“Earlier tonight I ordered my food on the app and picked up it at the drive thru. I've been in a horrible mood since my Dad passed away in December. When I pulled into the drive thru, your associate was singing and dancing with a huge smile on his face. I immediately laughed for the first time in months. His joyful demeanor meant more to me than he'll ever know! I really hope he gets a raise because he truly deserves it!! He's one of a kind who goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience! “I wanted to express my gratitude toward the staff at this location. I thought I had lost my car keys, and two employees in particular went out of their way to help me. They assorted me to my car in the rain with an umbrella, went through two trash bags, and ended up finding my keys. I’m extremely grateful for all the help! Thank you!“

“I haven't experienced customer service from a fast food restaurant like this in YEARS (let alone so-called higher end restaurants). The gentleman who took our order (the receipt shows, "Michael," but I didn't confirm) was the most professional, friendly, helpful server I've interacted with in a while. I made it a point to tell him how pleasant it was to interact with him. He simply stated that he's from the generation where customer service actually meant something. I said, I can definitely tell, and I thanked him. I have to share with others when I have a pleasant experience, and I hope those reading this will as well. Thank you, Michael, for making my day that much better. ???“

“i went to this general booth location today and got a $20 fill up and a kfc bowl. got home, no kfc bowl. went back to kfc " i was just here" she says" kfc bowl?" i say yes and " i want you to refill the whole order". she says where is the food? i say "back at my house becoming cold, left over food." shes like" ok, hold on". and refilled my whole order. i was blown away and apologized for being a jerk. she was super nice. been going to this kfc for over ten years. and will continue. for ever. lol. best kfc!“

“The food here is truly spectacular – every dish is flavorful and well-prepared, making this one of my favorite spots. The location is also convenient for me, which is a bonus. However, I had a frustrating experience with my most recent order.
On October 27, 2024, I placed an order online. When my son and I arrived to pick it up, we found the store closed. A gentleman came to the door and explained that they were short-staffed that Sunday and had decided to close for a deep clean. He acknowledged the receipt of my order, assured me he’d contact management to issue a refund, and promised they’d handle it soon. I appreciated his transparency and patience in handling the situation.
