“The food here is truly spectacular – every dish is flavorful and well-prepared, making this one of my favorite spots. The location is also convenient for me, which is a bonus. However, I had a frustrating experience with my most recent order.

On October 27, 2024, I placed an order online. When my son and I arrived to pick it up, we found the store closed. A gentleman came to the door and explained that they were short-staffed that Sunday and had decided to close for a deep clean. He acknowledged the receipt of my order, assured me he’d contact management to issue a refund, and promised they’d handle it soon. I appreciated his transparency and patience in handling the situation.

“They do their best to get through the drive through queue quicky, but it took over 30 mins to place our order and get our food. We did go just before 6pm, probably one of their busiest times of day.

Vegetarian options: Not really, it's called Chick-fil-A for a reason.

“The chicken tenders and fried pork chops are very good. The tenders where very juicy. The pork chop was melt in you mouth fried to perfections. The only thing that would make it better would be if it was boneless. The service was very fast and the food was fresh. I drove past here looking for somewhere else. That was a mistake. I should have saved myself the extra 10 minute drive and stoped here first.“

The gentleman who took our order (the receipt shows, "Michael," but I didn't confirm) was the most professional, friendly, helpful server I've interacted with in a while. I made it a point to tell him how pleasant it was to interact with him. He simply stated that he's from the generation where customer service actually meant something. “i went to this general booth location today and got a $20 fill up and a kfc bowl. got home, no kfc bowl. went back to kfc " i was just here" she says" kfc bowl?" i say yes and " i want you to refill the whole order". she says where is the food? i say "back at my house becoming cold, left over food." shes like" ok, hold on". and refilled my whole order. i was blown away and apologized for being a jerk. she was super nice. been going to this kfc for over ten years. and will continue. for ever. lol. best kfc!“

“First time at an American KFC in years! Better than the Korean version for sure. Chicken, the original recipe, was terrific. I like the different ways you can order the chicken. I went all dark meat. Japanese and Korean KFC won't do that. The slaw was like I remembered, a bit less sweet than Korea, which surprised me. Sides were a good size. Nice biscuits. The best part was the really friendly service. Woman was uber terrific. Give her a bonus. Restaurant was clean, the table we sat at had flowers for decor. Bathroom was spotless. Easy parking, quick friendly service, hot food served quickly. What more do you want? Two people, multiple extra sides, $33.“
