“Earlier tonight I ordered my food on the app and picked up it at the drive thru. I've been in a horrible mood since my Dad passed away in December. When I pulled into the drive thru, your associate was singing and dancing with a huge smile on his face. I immediately laughed for the first time in months. His joyful demeanor meant more to me than he'll ever know! I really hope he gets a raise because he truly deserves it!! He's one of a kind who goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience! Not sure if this is who I'm talking about, but the name on my receipt is Gerrard Jones. Order # 47705 on 2/27/24 at 6:15pm.“

“I wanted to express my gratitude toward the staff at this location. I thought I had lost my car keys, and two employees in particular went out of their way to help me. They assorted me to my car in the rain with an umbrella, went through two trash bags, and ended up finding my keys. I’m extremely grateful for all the help! Thank you!“

“The best chic fil a, ever with the best service, never gets anything wrong, I’ve been a loyal customer since 2009. They’re amazing in all things, very generous and community oriented. I also love their play area for children.

“Delicious restaurant with great service. Both locations I have been too have had great service as well as food. The chibap (new to their menu, from what i understand) is simply fried chicken with spicy garlic sauce and rice. Very good!

“We love Pollard’s at London Bridge Shopping Center, they are a staple in our monthly eating out rotation! Delicious fried chicken that is always hot and fresh which does require a small wait but never long. All of the sides are awesome that I’ve tried so far, potato salad, macaroni salad, mixed greens, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cole slaw. The puffs that come with the chicken meals are delicious and the perfect sweet compliment with the honey to the savory food. Their hot sauce for their condiments is awesome too! Also shout out to them because we called them when my husband forgot to grab a gallon of sweet tea that we ordered with our meal and they refunded it to my card since my husband forgot it! Best chicken in Virginia Beach, the 757, and definitely one of the best in Virginia, my comfort food!“

“Oh. My. Gosh. Our very favorite! Chicken cooked with charcoal, no electric, no gas. And they really do it right. The sides are fantastic, daily specials are mouthwatering. We love the Taco Thursday! Oh, and the Tuesday quarter chicken with green rice! Black bean recipe is so good! Try it, you’ll be hooked, too. 🥰“
