This was the final straw for me, I pay money for food expecting to get something similar to other locations and I got a 3 1/2” burrito. Almost no meat, rice or sour cream. Felt like I was just eating a folded up tortilla. 15 years I have been eating at Chipotles across the US, even as they have gone downhill and I can say that I will NEVER eat it again.
Ordered online this evening and went to pick up. Not only did we have to wait 30 MINUTES after the pick up time our ENTIRE order was wrong. I attempted to call the store and no one answered and was then promoted twice to enter a remote access code. It’s so disappointing to see this location to continue this type of service😡
