About Max's Restaurant Cuisine of the Philippines

Max's Restaurant Cuisine of the Philippines offers a warm and authentic Filipino dining experience. Many guests feel at home with the familiar flavors and comforting atmosphere that remind them of their heritage. The restaurant is nicely decorated, clean, and air-conditioned, creating a pleasant environment for diners. Service is generally attentive and friendly, with staff making efforts to ensure a good experience. Notable dishes include Max’s Chicken, which is flavorful and crispy, and Crispy Pata, a marinated deep-fried pork hock served with a special sauce. The Bulalo soup is also highly praised for its delicious taste, adding to the authentic Filipino flavor. Some items like Lumpiang Ubod, Sisig, and Pancit Bihon are enjoyed, although reviews mention that the Lumpia could taste fresher, and the Pancit Bihon was too oily. Desserts like Buko Pandan are available, but some feel they could improve the flavor to better match traditional tastes. Guests appreciate the lively vibe and the overall quality of food, though there are comments about the need to improve food freshness and presentation. The restaurant’s atmosphere makes it a popular choice for family celebrations and gatherings. Additional touches such as a changing table in the bathroom would enhance the experience for families. Overall, Max’s Restaurant is a beloved spot for those craving Filipino cuisine, offering a taste of home and authentic flavors that many find satisfying.

Their food is not good taste! Very disappointed ☹️

My friend and I did like the food and their service. Wella was really nice and attentive.

Poor quality food and cooking. And too pricey not reasonable for the quality of food to the price. I don’t recommend this restaurant, very disappointed. The chicken is very dry and no taste, very small like smaller pigeon. The Pinakbet vegetable is very salty and the eggplant is very hard looks like it’s a frozen not fresh. The pansit is very poor quality it doesn’t taste good looks very few ingredients, lack of taste, it’s all noodles hard to see vegetable in it. The...read full review
