We've been back twice in two weeks. Fantastic service, great food, very cool vibe. We want to go back late night!
One of the best meals I have had in Hampton Roads. Been here for Dinner and Brunch, both were so good.
This restaurant is just what the Hilltop/Laskin Road needed. Upscale 'Mexican' cuisine, warming decor ambience, and attentive staff make this a cut above the usual margarita and enchilada place ( although both are great and come in a variety of presentations). Table side guacamole spiced to our preference was excellent. My spouse had salmon (what?!? Mexican) and I went more traditional. Both were noteworthy. We'll be back!

Condesa Bar & Cocina Mexicana is a beautiful upscale Mexican restaurant that brings warming decor, cozy ambience and attentive staff to the Hilltop/Laskin Road area. Guests find a cut above the usual margarita and enchilada place, with guacamole spiced to preference served tableside and excellent chips and salsa. The menu offers traditional mole, salmon, Jalisco steak with bone marrow, and a variety of drinks including strawberry margaritas, espresso martini and well‑balanced margarita. Flavors are described as a burst of flavor, amazing and top‑notch, with the best mole and the best steak many reviewers have ever had. Service is described as top‑notch, fantastic and very pleasant, with staff encouraging a shot of tequila and offering a phone call when orders are ready.
