I went to Domino's Pizza on Holland Road in Virginia Beach VA. I ordered and paid for extra cheese. When I got the pizza, 3 slices had no cheese and the rest of the pizza had very little cheese. The clerk said he see what I mean. It doesn't look like extra cheese. He went to talk to the young man in charge. He told him that it was extra cheese. I asked for my money back. I would like to give a Big shout out to Lily who did an exceptional job working on yesterday! They were extremely busy and did not have enough staff to hold down the shift. Those orders were very backed up, but Lily held down her end of getting those orders made and processed. At one point she was pulling pizzas out and entertaining customers that walked in at the same time all by herself. Thank you Lily for your hard work and dedication! Our food was Hot & Delicious 😋
Customer service was great!

Domino's Pizza on Holland Road in Virginia Beach, VA offers a mixed dining experience. The staff is generally friendly and quick to address any issues, such as incorrect orders, which they promptly correct. Customers praise the delicious pizzas, with one reviewer noting they've been a loyal customer for over 3 years. The New York style pizza is a hit, with a thin crust that melts in your mouth and is not greasy at all. The crust is well seasoned. The large any toppings for 9.99 deal is amazing and unbeatable. Pizza always arrives hot, as do the garlic Parmesan knots, and the soda is always cold. This location has provided a new experience for customers, with the price being right and the food being all about quality. Domino's Pizza provides a solid pizza option, though the quality can vary at times.
