I tell you what, in recent years I’ve hated Hardee’s because of their quality and service, but this is the best one I’ve been to. My last few visits here has been on point! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner has been phenomenal and consistent. I don’t know what happened here, but this location is probably the only time I’ll eat Hardee’s!
I don’t know the young man’s name, but he is very professional and extremely helpful. He knows the menu well and is great at helping customers decide when things are busy, especially in the drive-thru when it’s holding up the line.
Every time I’ve seen him working the drive-thru—most recently on May 17—he has been patient, polite, and efficient. He really makes the experience smoother for everyone.
