“This, by far, is THE BEST RESTAURANT in the 757! From not only the scrumptious cuisine, (and you will want to take a stab at everyone's plate you are with, so only go with people you really know and love well! 😂)but the service is bar none. You feel like you are part of a family there, everyone looks out for everyone, drinks are always full, I always had extra ice, we sat out back by the chicken coop which my eleven year old loved! (So did I!)We have never had anything but a five star meal here, and to get to practice my French with Veronique, their in house patisserie chef in the bakery next door?! Magnefique! This is a must visit! This was our 13th Anniversary treat to each other, and our beautiful server was kind enough to spend a moment sharing some details of their dinner menu with us, which left us incredibly excited to come back during the evening hours, or just move in to the chicken coop! Haha! 10 stars.“

“Chef kilby is the best! I had surgery and on a very specific diet, she was very accommodating I got the Tico bowl with chickpeas instead of the rice and a boiled egg instead of fried! It was delicious!!!! We have been before and I’ll return time and time again!!!“

“We wanted muffuletta sandwiches on Fat Tuesday so we decided to try Clayton's for lunch! Susan & Shakuria were hustling to take care of their customers, they did a great job ensuring we all were served to the best of their abilities & that we received delicious food & beverages as quickly as they could provide them. They worked well as a team, Susan taking orders & serving and Shakuria cooked all the delicious food!! I had a yummy Muffuletta with Mac & cheese and hubs had fries with his. Their Mac & cheese is crazy good, the best l've had in a restaurant! Susan mixed up a tasty lemon drop martini for me, it's difficult to get a good lemon drop anywhere in the 757 and this one was a favorite! Clayton's has a good selection of $1 beers, yes a can of beer is only $1, so hubs had and local IPA & a PBR! We enjoyed our experience at Clayton's & definitely recommend! If we hadn't been set on having muffulettas I would have ordered their special of the day, a butter burger with fries for $8.99! On Monday I sent Clayton's an email inquiring if they would be serving muffulettas for Fat Tuesday since we live 30 minutes away and received a timely reply from the owner, Ralph Anderson, I was happy to see that they provide great customer service from beginning to end!“

“Big Island Smoothie is a favorite smoothie spot in Virginia Beach. I've been going here for over 13 years back when they used to be in Pembroke Mall.

My favorite is the Waikiki with pineapple, orange, mango, and then I like to add a banana. But you can customize your smoothie and there are plenty of options.

The owners are very friendly and Mrs. Kim is always working very hard.

I've since moved out of Virginia, but I love getting a smoothie from here when I'm in town. Sometimes, I'll drive to the mall just for these smoothies.“

“Session was my first stop when I got off the plane in Norfolk and it did not disappoint. My food was delicious with very generous portions. It is often difficult finding a restaurant with a variety of vegetarian options but they are plentiful here! The atmosphere was upbeat and fun, yet casual. “I absolutely love this location! I was helped by Ania at the register and she was so unbelievably kind, patient and thorough. She was courteous and considerate with every person that walked through the door, which at one point I saw an entire teenage sports team walk in while our order was being made!

The team didn't even bat an eye or show an ounce of stress from being busy. Bree was incredible with her multitasking, speed and efficiency all while teaming up with Isaiah for the perfect handoff and final interaction. Love love LOVED my experience here! You folks are absolutely incredible and I look forward to coming back! Thank you so very much!!!

This last visit we ordered Blimey Limey and Mocha Madness and we had zero regrets. I also adore Sunrise Sunset and its usually my main go-to smoothie, but I was feeling a bit rebellious today and craving that chocolate! What can I say? I enjoy living dangerously.
I HIGHLY recommend trying one of them!!!

“I love going to Club Pilates. I have been attending classes there for nearly 4 years. I’ve never had a bad workout. All the instructors are great. They each approach the classes differently and that keeps things interesting! I am so much stronger than I was and don’t have the aches and pains that could be afflicting someone my age.I appreciate that the staff celebrates our personal milestones. I always leave feeling challenged and in a positive mood! Club Pilates is the best thing I can do for myself!“

“Have been coming here now for almost four years, we've been to some of the other tropical smoothie shops around town and hands down this is the best location in terms of quality and consistency of smoothies made, well made hot wraps, courteous staff, and a generally nice/clean location. I believe the owner of this location is frequently on the floor helping out (not 100% sure if he actually is the owner, but his demeanor and leadership would make it appear so, if not hats off to the only non young teen gent working), and I think that's why this location tends to be the best running and all around one we will always opt to go to even if it's out of the way. Speaking of younger staff, the majority of the crew here is in the younger adult category, but they have always been respectful, well groomed and well dressed,and they seem to step up into being a mature and professional group while on shift. Pointing out the age group specifically at this location as they are well put together (in my opinion from leadership differences and setting expectations/an example) which is in stark contrast to the other stores where employees of a similar age group (but also in general) are often nonchalant, seem that they could care less about another human or quality service, hats on sideways, shirts and baggy pants, letting dirty tables and trash over run the place (namely the VB Blvd location in Collins square, food safety violations galore). Mainly pointing this all out 1) to let other customers know that this is the location to pick over the others, but 2) for the staff if they happen to read this so they know their efforts and professionalism are noticed and to keep it up! “This is my new favorite restaurant in Virginia Beach. Food is so flavorful with a lot of healthy options, with a broad assortment on appetizers. Their mushroom and goat cheese pizza was on point! We also ordered the Mediterranean Nachos, and they were phenomenal. We went to celebrate a birthday and got a sweet birthday card and free dessert. The service was exceptional. And the waterfront view is spectacular. I can't wait to go back.“
