“Great customer service, not sure if she's the general manager or assistant or shift lead but who ever was in change on Monday july 14th was so sweet. I placed my mobile order at the wrong location when i was literally in front of a kfc. tried with the app but they said contact the store. i just wanted my order fresh when i got there since it was far away and they happily remade it for me.
It was my mistake and if they didn't remake it i would've accepted it because it was my fault. So they didn't have to do that and i appreciate it.
Good customer service at fast food restaurants are really spare these days, so the good ones deserve the recognition.“
“First time at an American KFC in years! Better than the Korean version for sure. Chicken, the original recipe, was terrific. I like the different ways you can order the chicken. I went all dark meat. Japanese and Korean KFC won't do that. The slaw was like I remembered, a bit less sweet than Korea, which surprised me. Sides were a good size. Nice biscuits. The best part was the really friendly service. Woman was uber terrific. Give her a bonus. Restaurant was clean, the table we sat at had flowers for decor. Bathroom was spotless. Easy parking, quick friendly service, hot food served quickly. What more do you want? Two people, multiple extra sides, $33.“
“Amazing customer service. They were crazy busy and an hour from closing but I asked if we wait if they'd be able to drop some dark meat. She said she could drop crispy only which was totally fine by us. This is the best spot in the area. Super impressived. These folks should be recognized for their efforts and customer service!!“
“Tonight when I went there they seemed short- staffed so there was a slight wait time, but the food was worth it. The cashier at the window, Curtis, was very pleasant. He was taking orders and collecting payments at the window, making drinks, etc. but was not rude and kept his composure. Things like that make a difference. Thank you :)“
“These days it’s rare to get outstanding service, polite staff, and sense of urgency like this location. A young woman (I think her name was Nya) was rubbing the driver thru, and from what I saw also helping front counter, and run food. Her attitude was outstanding, Ava’s very professional. Also I forgot the managers name, but he looked like he was doing a million things at once as well, and still maintaining a great attitude! When we got home, the chicken was delicious, biscuits were soft, everything perfect! I had to call them when I got home.“
“I haven't experienced customer service from a fast food restaurant like this in YEARS (let alone so-called higher end restaurants). The gentleman who took our order (the receipt shows, "Michael," but I didn't confirm) was the most professional, friendly, helpful server I've interacted with in a while. I made it a point to tell him how pleasant it was to interact with him. He simply stated that he's from the generation where customer service actually meant something. I said, I can definitely tell, and I thanked him. I have to share with others when I have a pleasant experience, and I hope those reading this will as well.
