KFC in Chesapeake

“I LOVE KFC... BUT.. they need to do better, MUCH BETTER! On Tuesdays is 8 piece for $10... this will be your busiest day ... I got line the drive thru line but it didn't move for 15 minutes, so I went inside, only 4 people were in front of me, it was 6 people but 2 left because of the wait.... I waited 40 minutes just to get to the counter, then I was told it would be a wait to get my order. (8 for $10) so i had another wsit...there was only (ONE) cash register opened for that longggg line, you know and can see most people are there for the 8 for $10, just ask whose there for the 8 for 10 which will move the line... have more workers on hand for that day ...the door dash and online people had a shorter wait, their food was lined up waiting to be picked up... now the chicken was GREAT!!!“

Vegetarian options: It's a kfc taco bell so they have taco bells veggies and, mash potatoes, green beans, macaroni cheese“

“First off I want to tell you thank you for the cleanliness of your facility. Your manager is one of the most respectful of ever met. I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but he’s 60 years old and you would never know it all I can tell you his service is commitment to people in Law Enforcement, and firefighters is outstanding. The service was excellent. Will definitely be back me and my family please pass this on to your management team. I just learned a gentleman’s name is Mr. Harold. Please let him know how much we appreciate his hospitality and his professionalism, and most of all how courteous he was.

Kid-friendliness: Both me and my kids enjoy the atmosphere. Well good thing we being a firefighter. He was nice to see that they recognize what we do for a living. I appreciate it.“
