“We had a large order for pick up, got home and realized we were given 2 buckets of original when we ordered extra crispy. We had some stuff going on and it was already getting late when we ordered. I finally got a chance to take the 2 buckets back up but the lobby was closed. The manager saw and quickly came out to see what the problem was, he apologized several times and offered to make it all himself right then even tho I knew they were trying to close & go home. The customer service most places these days is awful but this guy was absolutely wonderful He sincerely apologized again and said they were training several new employees but it was no excuse. I really appreciated not having to argue with someone to make something I paid for right (as I’ve had to do many times in the past)“
“First off I want to tell you thank you for the cleanliness of your facility. Your manager is one of the most respectful of ever met. I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but he’s 60 years old and you would never know it all I can tell you his service is commitment to people in Law Enforcement, and firefighters is outstanding. The service was excellent. Will definitely be back me and my family please pass this on to your management team. I just learned a gentleman’s name is Mr. Harold. Please let him know how much we appreciate his hospitality and his professionalism, and most of all how courteous he was.Kid-friendliness: Both me and my kids enjoy the atmosphere.
