The Mission BBQ in Dubuque, IA has the most awesome staff of ANY restaurant I’ve ever been in. I didn’t get the name of our cashier, but she checked back several times and checked for us if there are any plans to put one in Omaha, NE (unfortunately, not yet). Mission BBQ is my favorite place to eat anyhow. I go out of my way to eat there when we’re remotely close (this one is the closest and it’s 5 hours away. The food is great, the staff is friendly and it’s clean....

Words can't describe how wonderful this location is! We were visiting from Atlanta and Christopher, Alison and the Entire staff were extremely nice!!! The bbq is delicious, but their seasonal bread budding is to die for!!!!!

I just had the most unpleasant experience at the Independence Blvd Mission BBQ. This was my 5th(?) time visiting this particular location, and each previous visit was wonderful, but my 16NOV visit made me very uncomfortable.

With each previous visit, the employees were pleasant and cheerful and welcoming. This visit, my daughter and I walked in and were greeted with stares and nearly virtual silence. I thought maybe I had something on my face or in my hair and...
