“I want to start this off with a HUGE thank you to both the chefs and the waitress who made and took my order. The waitress was able to answer all my questions without skipping a beat — had I not been paying attention, I wouldn't have even noticed she answered — and goodness, she was so polite, and her demeanor was on point. Mom and dad did a phenomenal job raising her.
I ordered a Greek pizza and a meat lovers calzone, and this is where my praise for the chef comes in. I typically don't order Greek pizzas, but for some reason I was craving one, and the calzone just happened to catch my eye as well. This may have been the single greatest Greek pizza I've ever had. I had initially planned on getting it for me and my sister, but good God, it was so good I ended up leaving only two slices for her. Everything about the pizza was simply perfect — the cheese, the crust, the toppings, the sauce ratio — just thinking about it brings a small tear to my eye.
Now let me get to the calzone. Where do I even start? Once again, it was simply a perfect dish. The crust, again, was made just perfectly, and the meat and cheese didn't slip or fall out after the first bite. Whoever made this knows exactly what they're doing when it comes to cooking.
Overall, I don't think I can ever get my Italian food from anywhere else again, and I really hope they bring some Greek items to the menu as well, because I simply cannot believe how well that food was made — it made me feel like I was eating pizza and a calzone for the first time again, and I will be coming back as many times as my bank account allows.
With that being said, 30 bucks for a meal that literally fixed my sleep schedule — you can bet I will be a frequent customer.“
