I love coming to Project Seed Coffee. So many unique flavors and choices. The staff is always willing to explain what the different drinks are like. I always get something different and it’s great every time!
If anyone leaves a bad review for this place, trust me — they’re the problem, not the business. I genuinely have nothing negative to say. This has been my spot for date days with my husband, catching up with friends, and even meetings.

Coffee was ok. Way too sweet, couldn’t taste the coffee past the sweet.

Project Seed Coffee is a very cute and beautifully decorated Filipino-inspired cafe. It is a great place to sit and have a nice cup of coffee with a friendly atmosphere. The coffee is awesome and delicious, with really good drinks like the ube latte, pandan drink, Turon Latte, Chai Latte, and holiday offerings such as the white chocolate pistachio latte. The Salted egg yolk custard latte is also delicious. For food, the Pan de Sal with cream cheese and Halaya and ube pandesal are available, along with other breads and pastries. Service is super quick and everyone is friendly. The shop has ample parking and plenty of seating inside.
