Ive never been to a shake shack i didnt love
We went to theVirginia Beach location last night. We ordered via the mobile app at 6:23 PM (that's when I logged in). We did NOT get our orders. My VISA was billed for $x.xx and $x.xx. (When the app showed 'processing' constantly & I didn't get a 'We got your order" email, I thought the order wasn't received and reordered. This was a miserable experience.
