I just left this Wendy’s drive trough… the girl who was taken and making my order was so rude and disrespectful… the way she talked to me and the response when I told her she was missing a drink… she opened the window with a really bad actitud… just woow. So disappointed for the customer service.
Placed a mobile order after my daughter's dance class. Selected drive thru as my method for pick up. My receipt literally says DRIVE THRU ORDER on it. My daughter is 4. I got to the window and sat for 5 minutes before being greeted with a "33?" To which I replied "I have a mobile order." He said "you gotta pick that up inside." so I had to unbuckle my daughter, take her out, and go inside to get my order that the same dude in the drive thru put together and walked around the counter...read full review
