We were lucky to enjoy an evening at Waterwheel. The bar and dining room were cozy and intimate. We had a beautiful bottle of wine and the best pork chop known to man. Service was lovely.
Quite a variety of menu choices, all of which appeared to be unique in taste and presentation. The 4 of us all ordered different items and were very happy with our choices. I had the Bolognese which was superb. The rustic old mill gives you a nice ambience to enjoy each other's company and conversation. If in the Hot Springs/Warm Springs area, it's well worth the effort to enjoy the experience

Since I am staying at the Griss Mill I decided to try the restaurant that is on property. The service is friendly and they had immediate seating without a reservation since I arrived around 5:30pm. I ordered the salmon with a salad topping and chunky red sauce around the fish. It was really tasty. The meal also came with fresh bread and I opted for the spring water. It is a mostly adult restaurant, bar and rustic decor. It is not open on Mondays or Tuesdays so keep that in mind...read full review
