“We were vacationing in the area and came across this gem when we stopped at the pizza hut next door. It was a little after 8pm, and when we got to the door we realized they were closed. My son was bummed out, but the kindest women and her kids offered to open back up to get us a scoop! Amazing customer service! Not only was the ice cream amazing (my son had the orange cream and I had pecan) but they were so friendly. My kids are still talking about how nice they were, days later. We vacation to Williamsburg every year, and we will definitely be making this shop part of our tradition! If you all see this, thank you! You certainly didnt have to open up and serve us, but we are so thankful that you did. Amazing experience for our family!“

“The Connection and Barry Manilow's event was well-organized, and a lot of fun. The food was yummy. My only negative is the price of one beer $12, and food prices were higher than normal. I didn't mind paying a fee to get in. Many people talked of the price of a beer.“

I forgot onions on one order and staff quickly provided me with a good portion of onion in a small container. Problem solved.
