“finally got the chance to visit today and man what awesome food!! got the OG , tots and the frothy moons orange cream soda. wow, definitely the best smash burger around! tots are awesome as well. lady came to table and asked how our meal was...i mentioned this was the best burger I have had in ages and what was the secret for those tots lol. she mentioned they are cooked in beef tallow. gotta love a place where the food is awesome, the staff are awesome and the experience is awesome! keep up the great attention to details! def will be a regular.“

“I usually visit Spartan Gyros whenever I’m in Williamsburg. I usually get the Prometheus Gyro because it’s so good. If I was able to I’d stop in more often and try other things but I can’t pass up the Prometheus!“

“We went there last night a little after 9 not sure what to expect, worried we wouldn’t have good food or service since it was close to closing time but we were immediately welcomed and greeted with a smile by Kaz. “We made a late dinner reservation for my family. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff and seated immediately. We had a nice table in their dining room and our Waitress Samantha took our order quickly. We stared with the fried oysters which were absolutely delicious, then I had the Blue Cheese Burger, my sister had the turkey burger and my mom had the shrimp and chicken jambalaya. The kids had the chicken nuggets and grilled cheese. Everything was delicious and I loved my burger. I am not a huge blue cheese fan but that burger was amazing. Everything was made fresh and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back.“

“We were vacationing in the area and came across this gem when we stopped at the pizza hut next door. It was a little after 8pm, and when we got to the door we realized they were closed. My son was bummed out, but the kindest women and her kids offered to open back up to get us a scoop! Amazing customer service! Not only was the ice cream amazing (my son had the orange cream and I had pecan) but they were so friendly. My kids are still talking about how nice they were, days later. We vacation to Williamsburg every year, and we will definitely be making this shop part of our tradition! If you all see this, thank you! You certainly didnt have to open up and serve us, but we are so thankful that you did. Amazing experience for our family!“

“I was fed up with the Wendy’s on Richmond Road, so we decided to try the one on Monticello Road—and let me tell you, this location is a game-changer! The team here is amazing: super friendly, attentive, and they actually make your order exactly the way you want it.

Unlike other places, where you might have to deal with mistakes or attitudes, this Wendy’s gets it right every time. Their sandwiches are always fresh, and they take care of the little details, like leaving off mayonnaise or ketchup if you request it. That kind of attention really makes a difference.

One time, I had an issue with the mobile app. I had money loaded in it but couldn’t pay because the app wasn’t working. The staff went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot it, and when nothing worked, they didn’t even charge me! That level of customer service is rare these days.

“New #1 Fast Food place for me. I'm from Ohio, so when I saw one on my way to Williamsburg I HAD to stop. I'm not a big fan of burgers at restaurants but these are some of the best burgers and overall food I had. The shakes are so good too, better than Steak n Shake, or even your local ice cream place. I wish there was one closer to Ohio where I live, but that's the only negative thing about it.“

“Was looking for something different to do and this fit the bill perfectly. We rented the game room for 2 hours and had a blast.
We stayed after for the trivia game night and dinner. Trivia was challenging and fun. Food cane out as ordered and everything tasted good. The staff there was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Will definitely be back.“
