“I want to give credit and a shoutout to the two gentlemen at Arbys on Hope Drive in Winchester on June 30 about 8:30PM. Our car transmission got stuck while at the drive-thru window and the two employees were so nice and helpful during this traumatic time. They patiently helped other customers around our vehicle while we waited for a tow truck to rescue our car! Please tell THANK YOU! They were so helpful and pleasant!“
“My husband and I stopped in tonight to grab a quick bite before heading on home. The thing I noticed when I first walked in was how clean the dinning room and the front of the kitchen and counter area that I could see was . We were greeted by two different employees with smiles and friendly demeanors. The service was excellent and the food came out quickly and was very hot and fresh. It’s not very often these days that you get that quality of food, service and professionalism in a fast food restaurant. Well done!!“
“This Arby's has quick service and courteous staff. I've eaten in and gone through the drive-thru several times, and they always get my order right. The fact they always get my order right is crucial to me since I have six kids and don't like having to go back and complain that something is missing.“
