Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Winchester

“There was a small mistake with my order this afternoon... I brought it to the attention of who I believe was the manager, it being a small mistake I was a bit embarrassed to bring it up, but the manager and other employees immediately not only worked to resolve it but went above and beyond in doing so. I was extremely impressed with how they handled it and left the restaurant quite happy.

My experience overall with fast food service in general is to not expect much, which is why I was so pleasantly surprised to see this level of service.

EDIT: I don't eat here or Popeyes in general enough to know if this is random or really a thing, but some Popeyes I go to, the amount of chicken I get on my Chicken Sandwich is like a chicken tender amount. Other times it's a giant fat juicy breast making a single sandwich feel like a whole meals worth - this time I was there, it was the latter which was great.“

“This is by far the best Popeyes restaurant we have ever visited. It is clean, the people are friendly and professional, and the food is always ready. We have visited other Popeyes where we had to wait some 40 minutes for our food (on the PA Turnpike), but at this location, our food arrived before we'd even poured our drinks.
I've had to travel this way twice in the past two weeks, and service was exceptional both times. This will become our go-to lunch stop for future trips!
