“Ryan Waters deserves the highest recognition that's available. I was so impressed with his manners and service, I was with 2 elderly ladies and my handicap daughter, they all are very picky eaters. He made sure the food was correct and never once seemed bothered by the special requests. Being in food service myself, don't get impressed with very many food service workers, bit Ryan definitely left a great lasting impression. He is a great benefit to your establishment.“

“August 7, 2024, I picked up breakfast for the place I work. The order consisted of a variety of breakfast items. The service is placing the order prior to picking in up was easy and the morning I picked it up the manager on duty was outstanding. She got my order quickly and helped carry it to the vehicle because I had 3 bags. My co-workers were well pleased with the food. Great Job McDonalds of Wise.“

“I want to start off this is our Local Go To Burger King and I have been spending money here for Years. Today We had A very bad experience at this location becayse of an Employee's disrespectful Rant and Mocking my placing my order her name was I think "Whitney" She is A shorter Female with A Buzz Cut, I walked in the store to place our family's take out as I normally do. My partner is very specific and Likes to have it her way! Burger Kings Slogan is "Have it your way"...or atleast I thought it was...After I placed my order to the front counter person, I waited a couple minutes and went to take drink to the car and my partner tells me that The employee "Whitney" came outside literally right in front of the restaurant and our family van as my other sits and watches her literally MOCK AND ACT OUT HOW I PLACED OUR FOOD ORDER and she is talking to A manager I think her name Is Vanna and they both laughing about the fact I wanted No Mayo On Our Rodeo King Burger...To be honest Why is this is the slightest bit funny is beyond me, but what really upsets our family is they sat there for a while during work hours doing this and making fun of A spending customer. Now the older more "mature" manager inside is A Delight and always is, and along with the crew that was actually in the building doing work! They All was very welcoming and Apologized about this. I spoke to the Front Counter employees about it, but I really hope they address this issue as I was simply trying to enjoy our visit to Burger King as we regularly do this time This Employee really went to far and as for management to sit there and Laugh and act as if this behavior is okay...I am sorry but it is not. Let's try To Honor Have It Your Way without rudely mocking somebody's order in front of there own family...SMH.“

“My husband and I have a little Castiron shop (Papaw’s Cast Iron) in Norton, VA. Our friend, the Woodbooger came by to get a Dutch Oven because cold weather is coming and the season is for soups and stews! Anyway he was telling how good the food was at his hangout, The Woodbooger. So we took a chance and our pal wasn’t lying. Wonderful good at very fair prices. Hubs hit the sirloin with baked potato. He said it was delicious. I had the avocado crispy chicken salad and it was amazing. Onion rings spot on. I think we just found a favorite place. If you’re around stop by and get you a bite to eat. Then, head over to Papaw’s Cast Iron where Harry gets all his supplies.“

“This Hardee’s always has amazing food and great service! The only issue we’ve had is that I accidentally ordered online for this location when o was not in town. We were not able to change the location after submitting in the app, which was fine but I also didn’t want the food to go to waste. I tried calling to tell them to give it to someone for free, and no one answered the phone either time I called. It was just an AI voice that said “Good morning” and then dead silence.“

“Very good food, and great service. The wait time for food was very quick. Also, the building was clean, the mens bathroom was very clean, and the air vents were clean over the tables. The tables are not sticky or nasty. The management and employees care about what they do. I will be back for another fabulous meal.
