“Edit: Had to show up in person to fix the problem but at least the store manager was nice and solved the issue that customer service couldn’t solve in three hours.
Ordered food for delivery and didn’t get my complete order. Tried calling the store, no response. Somehow got a hold of customer service via email, since they’re too good for phone calls or live chats apparently, and was told I’d be given a coupon refund, so I accepted it for THAT amount, cause I just want the food I PAID for, or my money back. But instead of giving me the amount we agreed upon, I got a lesser amount coupon, and when I confronted the representative about it, she gave me the “were experiencing high volumes, Ill transfer you to another agent, thanks for your patient” bs. This is not supposed to be a complicated issue at all. I will not settle on this until things are fair. This is the first bad review and many more to come.“
“Popeyes is some good chicken. Sometimes, the customer service is good. Should give customer fresh fries all the time because once the fries are cold, they don't taste good anymore. The biscuits or dry. They are too expensive. I only eat there with coupons Bathroom need to be cleaner, and it should have paper towels because everyone does not like using hand dryer. And need it to open the door with so germs won't get on hands so you can eat.“
