“10 Stars! Our first time there and won’t be the last. The waitress was great! First came the hush puppies and they were fantastic. I love oysters and was not disappointed. Great service and the owner came by to make sure everything was ok. We loved the personal touch.“

“The restaurant was clean and the salad bar was amazing. The service from Leanne, who is the bartender was not very good. She felt like it was fine to tell my husband that we needed to wait until our daughter came back from the restroom to order. We knew what she wanted so we wanted to order but Leanne would not take our order and said it would be polite to wait until your daughter is back and then you can put in your order. This kind of condescending attitude continued through our meal. That was my only complaint, the food was great, the atmosphere was very nice, but the attitude of the server , was not good.“

“Man I love the food at Hardee's. Rocks good burgers and fries but I have to say this location has gotten bad lately on the quality of the food . The fries are old an cold an not worth the 3.50 for the med. 4 bucks for sum rubber cold fries . My way of thinking is if I pay 15 bucks a meal it better be rocking the picture they put on billboards not yesterday's stuff . Y'all need to tighten up .“

“Rare you can right a positive review on a fast food place much less give a 5 start review. This is a rare find that you get good hot food and friendly staff. Been here twice over several months both times it has been spot on. Wish more locations were this good Most I stop at under any brand the food is nasty the people are rude and the place is dirty. Not here They are doing the best they can. The place is a older one and a little rough but I can see past that to get good food“

“The crew manager, Heather Parker, was outstanding in helping me and other customers today. I even asked for her name so I could write a positive review for her. It was busy but she managed to keep calm and get each order in a timely manner. One employee was obviously frustrated but she relieved him of his duties and took over to allow him time to rest. That type of leadership is definitely hard to find in any job and it was refreshing to see it still exists! I do not visit Wytheville often but will make a point to stop in Wendy’s when I am traveling through!“

Staff was great in helping us be seated somewhere we could watch a relevant game.

“I moved to Virgina about a year ago and coming from Florida where there are restaurants on every corner it has been hard to find one in a small town like Wytheville that leaves you walking away happier then when you walked in. My first time eating at the IHOP in Wytheville for breakfast but I left in a great mood and a satisfied stomach ready to conquer my day. If you haven't been it is a must but the waitress Cherish made the whole experience worth it. She was the only one covering the tables, serving the food and hostessing but she did not skip a beat. Her contagious smile and bright attitude left me wanting to start my day on the right foot. If you visit the IHOP in Wytheville I highly recommend Cherish as your server. I know I will be back“

“I came through the drive thru on 11/2 and a gentleman was very rude to the worker and was calling them names and the workers did not serve him because he called them names! They did the right thing. The girl at the window was very nice and all my food was fresh and hot! Thank you Wytheville McDonald’s! Great job!“
