Just happened to find Union South one Sunday, late evening, when we stopped for the night while traveling. It was perfect!
The food and service exceed the humble name. We ate here with my family while visiting. We were a party of six, greeted warmly and promptly, and sat outside on the back patio. Our server, Matthew was super friendly and extremely attentive. He was very gracious with questions and shared great advice. The previous evening we were out elsewhere and were not pleases. Union South Pub & Provisions offers excellent food and top-notch service in a welcoming atmosphere. Guests are greeted warmly and promptly, with staff like Matthew, Maya, and Matt being super friendly, attentive, and extremely attentive. The service is impeccable from placing an order to pickup, with everyone very friendly and courteous. The food and service exceed the humble name. The menu has great variety, with meals like the Street Corn Dip appetizer, Korean BBQ Bowl, Chicken BLT, poke bowl, tuna poke bowl, pub burgers with grilled onions, homemade chips, fries, and ceaser salad all being excellent and delicious. The burgers were medium rare as requested. The chips are excellent, believed to be fried wontons. The food is great at an honest price. The back patio offers outdoor seating, and there is live music. The whole team shows care and effort, making the experience memorable. Highly recommended.
