“We had such a great experience at Papa Pete’s Diner. From the moment we walked in, the friendly Vermont atmosphere made us feel right at home. It’s the kind of place where you’re welcomed like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. The food was fantastic across the board—everything we ordered was delicious. The highlight had to be the giant pancake, which absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s huge, perfectly cooked, and just as tasty as it is impressive. 🥞 Service from Sherry was wonderful—attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly. On top of that, we really enjoyed chatting with the owner, Cathy. Hearing the story behind the diner and learning about its origins made the visit even more special. It’s clear how much pride and heart she puts into the place. Between the amazing food, welcoming atmosphere, great service from Sherry, and the chance to connect with Cathy, it was a memorable meal. “LOVE Mount Anthony Country Club. Beautiful course. The views are unbeatable. I’ve golfed, attended weddings, held company parties (adult only AND kid-friendly), and put on tournaments here. Maru, Tara, and Andrew are wonderful. Josh and his team make tournaments so easy, fun, and stress free. The whole crew is always extremely helpful and accommodating to whatever we need or request, even last minute. Thank you guys!!“

“The food and service exceed the humble name. We ate here with my family while visiting. We were a party of six, greeted warmly and promptly, and sat outside on the back patio. Our server, Matthew was super friendly and extremely attentive. He was very gracious with questions and shared great advice. The previous evening we were out elsewhere and were not pleases. We are a mixed group, all of whom like great food and drink. Union South has those at an honest price. The service is excellent. Your mouth will be happy and you will be well cared for.“

“This was the absolute best McDonald's l've been at. Was there with buddies and stayed there after in store closing time which would've normally bugged the workers. But this one guy as we were leaving said he was heating cookies for us and he gave us all fresh cookies. Super great experience definitely recommend this location if you ever hit Vermont!“

“Great experience ! Stopped on my way from New Hampshire to Coxsackie and had the most delicious bagel. After I got home ( an hour away) I realized I left my purse when I called to see if it was their they sounded very relieved and they had it and were waiting for me. They met me in Latham to return it and even brought me the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. Five stars through and through“
