“Went there finally for dinner. There was a line but it wasn't too bad. It gave me enough time to decide what I was going to order. The food was good. Like how I remembered it. Smaller inside eating area compared to the old Burger King. With a much larger kitchen area. Given the location that makes sense it just means at certain times the drive-thru is busy. Haven't tried that yet, or ordering off the app. Always next time though.Parking: Location means not as many spots if you choose to dine in. Also depending on which way you go to leave, be aware of the gigantic pothole closest to the Best Western.“
“Atmosphere rating a 4 only because the drink station is behind the counter and the cashier's are too busy with the drive thru order prep to get to the register very often... And this causes wanna-be Karen's to try to vent to me, which ruins my day. Other than that, very clean and well kept... I hate the trend of drink stations being moved behind the counters.Parking: Typical layout, have fun backing out if the drive thru is busyKid-friendliness: Has a playland inside with tables next to it so parents can pretend to pay attention to their offspring while fondling their cellphonesWheelchair accessibility: Yup“
“Stopped today on the way back to Bennington from a hike. Seriously regret never stopping here before! The food was phenomenal, everything made fresh once ordered (not a minute before!) including weighing out burgers, making onion rings from scratch, and hand-cutting fries. Also tried the homemade candy and got some ice cream sandwiches to-go - amazing!Owned and solely operated by a husband and wife, Tammy was the sweetest and most considerate woman. She took extra care to make sure everyone was taken care of and happy. You could see the pride in her face when we are the food and told her how much we loved it. You just don't get service or food like this anymore! Great experience, great people, and can't wait to go back!“
“I may have only been passing through between NY and NH, but this diner feels like home. We were welcomed like old friends that have been too busy to stop in. Not only was our waitress amazing, the owner was also quick to attend our needs. The Christmas Eve specials included a Monte Cristo, and it took me back to my childhood. The fresh maple syrup just took it over the top. If you're hoping for a corporate cookie cutter, look somewhere else. If you want grandma's home cooking, and the warmth and love it comes seasoned in: this is the place. Thanks again for the amazing service. ~RJ~“
“Played the front nine on our way passing through town. Course was in nice shape for it being the end of the season. Great views of the area and wasn’t too busy. As you finish up the front nine, be prepared to play your ball from uphill or downhill lie as there isn’t a bit of even ground on these holes. Greens are pretty quick and makes for challenging putting. Overall, would play again but $58 for nine and a cart felt steep.“
