Although we have driven passed the Bethel Village Sandwich Shop dozens of times, the thought of stopping in Bethel to grab a bite to eat never crossed my mind having grown up in the town next door (Randolph). But on a dreary winter Monday afternoon, in torrential rain and with rumbling stomachs, and having passed through Randolph with little success of finding something open, we decided to give it a try.
