Visiting the area and wanted to get some sushi. Decent selection for nigiri and there are plenty of specialty rolls. The saké we ordered was smooth. I can't compare it to other places in this area, but all in all, it's a good place.
We came in with low expectations but were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the restaurant could use a deep cleaning, the seating/decor is very tired, and they could benefit from playing some music. However, the service was quick and friendly and the appetizers and sushi we ordered were all great. Food > ambiance.
Excellent food, at very fair prices. The service can seem rushed at times but the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is a little rustic while still trying to stay true to it's identity. Overall an amazing eating experience to enjoy time and time again. Excellent value and an extensive menu with options for all!
