“Had a lovely dinner here for my friend's bachelorette! We had reservations for our group of 7 and were seated next to the wood oven. The restaurant had sweet farmhouse vibes and the service was so personal. I had the best gin & tonic of my life - it had cucumber, tomatoes, and dill in it and it was so earthy! We ordered the meatballs, the fennel salad, and roasted beet salad to share amongst the table. All of which were delicious. Then we ordered 3 pizzas and 1 vegan pizza (black forrest) for the table. I can only speak for the black forrest vegan pizza, but those roasted mushrooms were delicious and I know everyone else enjoyed their meal. I definitely recommend having a meal with friends at the Ransom Tavern.“

“Recently hosted a small retirement party with 20 people at 5:30PM on a Thursday night. Nothing but great things from the folks who attended. "The place was very cozy, lively and great to hang out as groups..." (we arranged for semi-private separate room). "The location is convenient to the Upper Valley and the price was good."“

“We visited Long Trail recently and loved it, the beer has always been a favorite of mine. The blackberry wheat was delicious and the Harvest Trail was amazing as well. The food was amazing! Veggies still al dente, noodles cooked perfectly. Crisp clean flavor medley going on, highly recommended. If you're not big on spicy, go low.“
