“Run to Blackbird, and order everything on the menu! After spending a week in Vermont, this small restaurant turned out to be the best we ate at. Amazing dishes across the board with great service and delicious cocktails. I especially loved the kale Caesar with salmon, still thinking about it weeks later, can't wait to go back.”
