“Great little cafe with creative sweet or savory scones. My cortado was just how I like it. I don't often see such a nice lever machine for the espresso.There's only a little seating but it doesn't seem to run out. you might rather browse the greenhouse or the farm store. Also u-pick blueberries when in season.I'll definitely stop by when I'm in the area again.”

“I visited Lou’s Restaurant & Bakery that morning in Hanover, and it lived up to its reputation! I ordered a blueberry pancake and a cup of coffee, and it was incredibly authentic, with fluffy, fruity flavors. The atmosphere was retro and had a small-town feel. The wait staff was incredibly friendly, making it feel like dining at an old friend’s house.”

“My husband and I stopped by on a drive to Montreal. If we lived in the area, this would be a regular stop! The gundruk soup was absolutely outstanding - we've never had anything like it and are still talking about it weeks later! We also ordered the vegetable momo, sweet potato chhoila, jackfruit mushroom tarkari, and tofu and mushroom chili. We really appreciated having so many vegan options. All of the food was incredible, and the server and other staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!”

“Ordered many times over the past week and each time it's been a wonderful experience. The staff is always super fast yet patient, attentive and helpful. Food is 10/10, ordered many different things and each exceeded my expectation. Had a mix up with my order this morning, seemed like an accidental bag swap as another person came up with a messed up order as I was leaving, and they immediately made it right. As a former service worker, seeing what I assume was a manager hyping their staff at the same time as keeping them to task was a pleasure. Can't wait for my next order”

“I changed state, currently I'm not living anymore in nh and I miss a lot drinking my Bubba tea! Delicious drinks and friendly environment. You can choose the quantity of sugar in your drink, they are super fast preparing and you can also buy a souvenir when you are waitting.”

“Pine is the restaurant for The Hanover Inn, Dartmouth’s charming hotel located in the heart of downtown Hanover and overlooking The Green. Pine’s location, elegant atmosphere, and service were excellent; the food was just alright. I enjoyed my salmon dinner, but my dad was disappointed by the size of his scallop dinner, given the high price. There are not many options here for kids, either, so beware. Overall, I would recommend this place for an elegant meal out, but be prepared for a high bill and small portions.”

My all loved the smoothie! The owner Tim helped us with a warm and friendly charm. This is our new favorite for breakfast in the area!”

Parking: Hard to find parking, have to park, pay and walk, restraunts took up parking spots to add outside tables, it maybe a college but it's still our town, at night have to deal with the drunk college kids that treat people like crap

“Consistently delicious, flavorful Indian food--my absolute favorite restaurant for eat-in or take-out. Everyone leaves saying, "That was sooo good." My kids are picky eaters but miraculously they love "chickpea sauce" (chana masala punjabi). When you order food mild, it is actually mild. I like it medium, and it comes actually medium. Our family is mostly vegetarian and we love the eggplant, the lentils, the chickpeas, the cauliflower, and most of all the creamy spinach with blocks of homemade cheese (saag paneer). My parents have always loved the chicken with mango and all the lamb dishes. Get the garlic naan, a mango lassi, and a gulab jamun dessert! I never tire of the scents and flavors here. And the owners are always kind, friendly, and very fast.”

“Last night we went to Jesses o celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! I had called for some special accommodations I wanted. They did a fabulous job with our booth (which I requested for privacy and low noise level. It was a perfect booth! I had requested champaign be on the table in ice and chilled glasses. Candles were another request. The table was perfect and beautiful. Very romantic! My Huband's gift was delivered to the restaurant. It was sitting on the shelf behind the table. Perfect! The Managers and staff were excellent! A shout out to Tiffany and Abbey(manager). So very pleasant and accommodating. We have never had such excellent service. We have to many 4/5 star restaurants in our 50 years together (actually 52 if you count our courtship) LOL! So, congratulations on a job well done. Everyone (seemed to know about it) Even other patrons came by our table and congratulated us! e were truly made to feel special. I highly recommend Jesses for celebrations, or just a fabulous meal. They usually have live music in the bar area on the weekend nights. Which is where we usually sit for the comradery. . Always someone interesting to strike up a conversation with, sitting right next to you. Jesses is the place to be!”
