“I return again with another subway review! And it was actually a very good one! I'm impressed and it has earned my first 5 star subway rating!
To start with what is usually my biggest problem being an introvert, ordering! The person behind the counter was actually very patient and helped me order which is always an issue for me. This also marks the FIRST SUBWAY WHERE I'VE BEEN ABLE TO FULLY COMPLETE MY ORDER AND THEN RECIEVE THE PROPER SANDWICH!! I am delighted.
It is inside of a gas station, which some may dislike, but I love it. It allows you to get your food and then have an array of extra stuff if you want something different to drink (energy drinks my beloved). There's also a nice seating arrangement on the side to just chill and watch stuff happen. I could totally write/do homework here if I was desperate.
As for the food itself, finally getting my proper order gives it a bonus point on top of subway's usual...standard. It's not that subway is bad, it's just the perfect (usually) above average sandwich place. You know what you're getting when you go to a subway so I won't dock points for that. Overall, very great subway!! It's also the closest subway to my house with means I can actually go and get subway without a mini road trip required. I am contented and will sip my 6 Ghost©®™ energy drinks feeling not hungry. I may have a heart attack but I'll only dock points if they use my corpse in their sandwiches.

Parking: Good, is gas station in a small town. What you'd expect. Enough.”

“Tried to go here again and it was disgusting. Inside was filthy. Unsanitary. Not a clean table in the place, trash on tables and on the floor. Even employee that served us had a dirty sweatshirt on on and acted as if we were a bother. Nuggets were over cooked and couldn't even eat them. List goes on. Not sure this place would even pass a health inspection. It was that bad.”

“By far the best gluten free chocolate birthday cake I have had anywhere in this entire country! I have been gluten free for 15 years after finding out I had celiac disease and I have never had another gluten free dessert better than the birthday cake my family got me from here! The rest of the family who is not gluten free also said it’s the best chocolate cake they have ever had (gluten free or not)! Cannot wait to try more treats from this bakery!”

“Beautiful place! The onion soup was very good but perhaps with a little more broth for my taste and generous amount of cheese!
When served, the young girl could have been a little more present for the service and the explanation of the menu. The mushroom, cheese and bacon burger was good with a nice quantity of home fries. It was a great unexpected discovery.
We were placed next to the fireplace... it was pleasant!”

“Such great pizza!!! My husband and I are both Native New Yorkers who just moved to the area from the south and have been desperate for northern pizza. This restaurant did not disappoint! The food has been absolutely delicious and we’ve been showing off our pizza to all our family stuck in the south lol Everyone is always so kind when my husband goes and picks it up for us, and we plan on ordering at least once a week! “I stopped here on a ride down the Missisquoi Valley rail-trail. Food is exceptional for the price. The restaurant is clean and lively with exotic plants. This restaurant is spotless, there aren't even footprints on the floor! The staff are wonderful.I ordered General Tso's chicken and shrimp-fried rice. Food was hot and ready within 10 minutes. Portions were large. There was free hot tea, which was nice as I was there on a brisk spring morning. My whole order came out to $11.Long story short: would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and filling meal!”

“I’ve been to a lot of New Milford’s restaurants but I have to say the service at The Abbey was exceptional and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Given how many eateries don’t survive over time; they are the model for a sustaining and thriving food service business. My wife had the Chicken Cordon Bleu, and I had the Chicken Caesar salad. Both were excellent and the portion size and portion per price was very good. Even the water tasted excellent. If I had one complaint it would be that the noise level was a little high, but it is a pub style restaurant where you can watch a game.”
