“We had the Goat Vindaloo, Chana Saag, Chicken Coconut curry, and Mango Lassi. Absolutely delicious food, kind service, and easy parking. We can't wait to come back and try even more dishes. We'll probably call ahead and do take out next time. Support Winooski Main street businesses! We want them to stay open during construction!!
Dietary restrictions: Clearly labeled Gluten Free options.“

“This is the place if you want the very best Pho Vermont has to offer. I've been coming here for almost 15 years and I've never had a bad meal. The food is always fresh and amazing. The staff is excellent and they offer wonderful customer service. Most of the employees have been working there for years (clearly a good sign) and they know how to take care of their customers. Love Pho Hong!!“

“Small, cozy restaurant that serves Asian fusion food. I'm not usually a fan of fusion dishes but Asiana does this really well. The Korean Kimchi Beef Stew was delicious! The place is really small and the biggest table is for 4 people, so it's not recommended for large groups.“
“For my birthday today, I wanted the scallion pancakes from Green Mountain Potstickers and pre-ordered those plus some potstickers. When I went to pick up my order, Carey had surprised me with amazing flowers from June Farm...what??? Not only was the food excellent, that was so sweet, unexpected and way beyond what one would do for a stranger...it is definitely much appreciated! Thank you Carey and as you can see from the photo, the pancakes and half of the dumplings were consumed before I can take a photo. 😜 You made my morning and our tummies were very grateful!“

“Surprise Party
I wanted to throw a surprise birthday party for my husband and some friends.I called and spoke with the restaurant would it be possible to make arrangements to do so. The worker that I was talking to was very happy to work with me, and we went forward with the party. They were able to provide a intimate space for us, and whenmy husband arrived he was in complete shock!! The service was phenomenal and everything came out so fast!!! We even brought an ice cream cake that they were able to store for us! They also provided a candle, light it with plates and etc. Volcano sushi was delicious and you will definitely see me back again!!! Thank you guys for making my husband‘s birthday so special!“

“Dietary restrictions: They included gluten free soy sauce. I'm from out of town and I was so excited to see that. My boyfriend has celiacs and can never get sauces so we definitely didn't expect it. I was so happy to get it.Thank you ❤️“

“Rainbow Maki was delicious. Warning, Saturday night in a college town. Be patient. It takes a while for them to make the food when they're busy.“

“A Hidden Gem in Williston – Asian Bistro Delivers on Every Level
From the moment you step inside Asian Bistro in Williston, you’re greeted with a calm, welcoming atmosphere and the comforting aroma of sizzling spices and rich broths. Whether you’re craving sushi, hibachi, Thai curry, or traditional Chinese dishes, this spot has something for every palate—and they do it all well.
The sushi is fresh, beautifully plated, and thoughtfully prepared. Try the Crazy Tuna Roll or the Philadelphia Roll —both packed with flavor and that perfect balance of texture and heat.
Service is consistently kind and attentive, even during peak hours. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for, whether you’re dining in or taking out.
It’s rare to find a place that can juggle so many types of cuisine and still maintain top-tier quality across the board—but Asian Bistro pulls it off with ease.
A go-to for weeknight dinners, special occasions, or even a cozy solo lunch. Highly recommend!“

“Food was horrible, 6 empty bins. When we complained they said they were getting ready to close because of weather so they stopped cooking. I asked why we are being charged full price she responded, "You lucky we open" No! you're lucky I paid the bogus bill of 52.00 for lunch for 2. Oh, they now add on 18% gratuity automatically, you have no say about it.“
“Came here for the legendary woman I've heard so much about. I was in the mood for a tongue lashing from an Asian mother, and to my disappointment, she didn't greet me. You see, I have eaten every Asian food in North America and wanted to give her some tips on the nuances of the American palate.
The man on his phone behind the counter eventually acknowledged me, asking what I wanted. When I asked for mom, he said she was busy in the back busy disciplining his brother.
I got pad thai and Kung pao chicken with egg rolls. They were great, but the egg rolls had too much roll.
I asked about the pallets of duck sauce stored in the dining room, but just got a knowing and strange wink.
Would definitely come back.“

“For this area of VT, this is one of the better Chinese restaurants. Anywhere else, with a sizable Chinese population, I’d give it a 2.5-3. But that’s VT…. Don’t even think about getting Mexican food in the area—though that may be changing. Wish the same were true for Chinese.
It’s a shame that A Single Pebble’s original owner isn’t still running the place. They (Single Pebble) used to be very good, roughly 25 years ago (especially when they were in Barre).
Not sure why anyone eats there (single pebble) now. The past few times I tried eating there (single pebble), the food was inedible. So much sodium you couldn’t taste the ingredients; and over-sauced, with snotty, tasteless pools of cornstarch-thickened slime (single pebble).“

“Fantastic Chinese food! This place has some of the best lo mien I've ever had, and I absolutely love the soups that there are to offer. The pu pu platter is amazing and the people are very nice. We eat here at least once a month and would definitely recommend that others eat here as well.“

“Jason gave the best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. Especially with the extra and special orders I ask for from any Chinese restaurant. When I asked for extra spicy mei fun with extra shrimp, they went above and beyond. This was the best I’ve ever ordered from a Chinese restaurant. It seems like each time gets better and better. I can’t wait for the next order… even though I only order every 3 months or so. 5 stars!!!“

“I've been going to Hop Sing for what must be 10+years, after a coworker was reheating some leftovers that looked and smelled amazing. I was not disappointed and haven't been since. They make most of their food in house and it shows. There are few things on the menu that I prefer elsewhere. Their fried rice isn't too heavy, their chicken is almost always tender, their dumplings and crab rangoon are savory, and on and on. We've tried almost everything on the menu and every time we try another place we end up back here, even though we drive by at least a few other places on our way since moving out of the neighborhood shortly after our first trip there. There is one person who can be a bit rushed (though not rude) on the phone, but with online ordering for some time now, we often go that route.“
