Add the maple sugar topping for a toasty woody maple flavour - and the sugar cone - but eat fast - it melts fast too - I ended up with a bowl after the cone and got every last drop. Lamoille Rail Trail should have a sign re-directing cyclists to this amazing refreshment location - plus local maple and eggs in the shed/store.“
